Job Description

• Support on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

As a SASE SE Specialist for network security transformation, you provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security transformation and zero trust journey.  You will be key in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives. 

As the CASB/DLP expert within our SASE team you will be responsible for expanding our CASB/DLP footprint in JAPAC. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security services that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer’s cybersecurity partner.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions on network transformation with SSE & CASB/DLP.

• Present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioner to senior leadership.

• Responsible for prospective customers and partners' Technical Validation projects based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities.

HQ management (50%)

• Manage APAC HQ’s books including the below required to ensure timely and accurate reporting of month end figures:

1. Prepare journals in our system, check and process claims and supplier invoices, prepare intercompany POs and billing workings, update and maintain detailed HQ P&L file
2. Work closely with Shared Service Teams and contacts from various intercompany contacts to ensure timely communication and processing of operational matters

• Prepare rolling forecasts and budgets, and upload data to Hyperion Financial Management system

Regional & Client Finance Analysis (50%)

• Consolidate and analyse financial information for regional management

1. P&L Financials – extracted from Group reporting system, Hyperion Financial Management
2. Additional qualitative information received from APAC markets

• Help prepare presentations and financial information for Actuals, Rolling Forecasts and Budgets

As a business analyst, you will play a key role in sales and program initiatives focused on our commercial go-to-market execution in the JAPAC region. Key elements of your role will include the optimization and execution of global programs and regional initiatives targeted at our sales expansion into commercial via our channel route-to-market.

Your Impact

• Work with key business stakeholders and regional teams (sales operations, business intelligence, strategy and planning) to deliver insights, reports, visualization and analysis to solve important business problems and optimize growth opportunities

This position analyses and supports the hotel’s results and performance in various revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, Spa and Boutique) and recommends strategies and expectations based on the observed data trends and market changes.

Primary Responsibilities 

Manages Revenue Management Operations

• Daily rate strategies review for daily rates and inventory to ensure room revenue optimization
• Manage distribution of rates and inventory for the various market segments to ensure accuracy and parity.
• Ensures daily communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues regarding inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group / Convention arrivals, rate changes and sell out strategies.
• Support different revenue streams with extraction of sales figures to support and analyze initiatives.
• To accurately process and manage Group reservations.
• Daily review and optimization of F&B reservations to ensure full optimization of covers and revenue for F&B outlets
• With direct leader’s guidance, works closely with different revenue streams to support achieving the budget and forecast expectations.

Involvement in Wider Job Function Actions/Relationships

• Surveys the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions.
