At FAM@FSC, the Senior Counsellor will conduct counselling for individuals, couples and families facing challenges in their relationships. The Senior Counsellor provides clinical supervision, design, deliver and oversee programmes for the organization. At the same time, the Senior Counsellor will need to have knowledge in case management and network with external stakeholders well. • Offer early-risk marriage support eg minor and transnational couples, divorce support and family & marital counselling
• Offer group work and other interventions to families facing challenges; and to work with relevant partners to promote the welfare of the clients
