• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent Engineering discipline.

Job Decription:

• Manage Human Resource management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, on­boarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports etc)
• Carry out the recruitment of management staff and workers as and when required including the posting of Job advertisements, shortlisting of qualified candidates and selection of candidates. Provide HR direction and support to management team
• Manage interview schedules and liaising with candidates, agencies and hiring managers
• Consolidating feedback from hiring managers and updating candidates on outcomes
• Plan, budget and execute employee welfare program
• Check, reconcile and validate to ensure all payroll transactions and all employer/employee claims are processed accurately and timely
• Process accurate and timely reports for submission to IRAS, CPF and other relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies
• Process work passes application, renewal and cancellation (EPOL & WPOL)
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences as required.
• Manage employee exit/resignation process including conducting exit interviews
• Work with managers to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies and practices
• Be strategic & analytical to see the long & short term objectives for the company & overall in line with the company objectives
• Work across boundaries and cultures to ensure compliance in HR processes and procedures; review and take responsibility to improve service quality and processes
• Maintain data from exit interview, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs and supervisory issues.
• Registration of courses & maintenance of training record.
• Submit WDA training grants.
• Creation and regular maintenance of employee’s data files.
• Administer HR-related documentation which include but not limited to Staff Confirmation, Long-Service Award, Certification of Employment, Acknowledgement of Resignations etc
• Provide assistance and administrative support to any other HR project and duties as assigned

Job Description:

The General Manager of Endoscopy business reports directly to the Managing Director and manages multiple teams lead by Senior Managers and Managers. He/she has ownership of short to long-term (1-6 years) strategy execution and operational direction in alignment with parent directives from HQ.

He/she assumes overall responsibility of the organisation’s endoscopy business, including sales growth, services, clinical application / activity, engagement of KOLs, regulatory affairs and new business development. Based on his/her rich experience in the endoscopy industry, he/she is strategic and business minded, drives the formulation of business development strategies, sales strategies, new business opportunities, sales channel strategies (alliance partnership, etc) aligned with organisational objectives in the markets across the South-east Asia and South Asia region.

He/she also coordinates with regional partners, such as local subsidiaries and distributors, to identify regional market opportunities that could in turn enhance local positions. In addition, he/she continually strengthens working relationships amongst a diverse network of interested stakeholders to fortify markets already secured and explore other market expansion or penetration opportunities.

Proactive, innovative and forward-thinking, he keeps abreast of market, industry and regulatory trends, including but not limited to attending key international and networking trade or industry events to identify opportunities locally and regionally. He also serves as a mentor to direct reports and provides strategic guidance. Job Requirement:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field.
• 10 years or more experience in the Flexible Endoscopy business and industry.
• 5 years or more experience of proven success in leading and/or launching sales and marketing activities regionally or globally in the endoscopy industry.
• 5 years or more experience in developing new and managing regional channel sales, working and/or collaborating with relevant channel stakeholders.
• Proven success in winning government and public hospital tenders; including project management in the execution phase.
• Experience in planning trade/industry conferences or events (clinical); collaborating with KOLs to access target audience.
• Possess experience of being in attendance during clinical procedures in endoscopy treatment rooms.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese in advantageous when collaborating with KOLs in events, conferences, who are influential Japanese speaking physicians / specialists in the Endoscopy field.

Digital IC Verification

• Develop and maintain verification environment for IP modules and SOC level using UVM methodology.
• Write, review and implement verification plan.
• Create and debug test cases.
• Perform code coverage analysis on IP modules and SOC level.
• Continuous improvement of the verification flow.

Additional responsibilities:

a) Any reasonable task assigned by management and deemed to be within the individuals’ capabilities to ensure smooth running of the business.

b) As this is an evolving business, ongoing change is an integral part of the position. Management will liaise with the individual on any fundamental change to work practices. The individual is required to embrace and adopt any change to working practices.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Degree/Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 5 years or above experience in digital IC verification. Staff level will be considered for engineer with more years of experiences.
• Working experiences from design to tape-out are essential
• Experience in system Verilog and UVM verification methodology
• Experience in using EDA tools from Synopsys or Cadence
• Knowledge and working experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

1. Digital and mixed-signal design
2. Microcontroller and graphics processor products
3. Knowledge in connectivity technology such as USB, UART, SPI, I2C, AHB.
4. Embedded programming using C language.
