Job Description: As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our car washing and related services. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, team management, process optimization, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality. • Promote the implementation of sales management policies and systems throughout the network and provide support
• Assist in completing the setting and decomposition of sales management indicators
• Monitor sales management indicators and assist in analyzing the causes of abnormal indicators
• Establish and improve the sales analysis and management evaluation methodology, and implement promotion training, and regularly analyze and output sales work reports based on the methodology, find problems, put forward improvement suggestions, and follow up the results
• Promote the implementation of the sales assessment and reward system for business promotion projects, and effectively motivate the performance of the sales team

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is required, logistics management major is preferred
• Possess rich theoretical knowledge in data statistics and analysis
• 5 years and above experience in the transportation or logistics industry

· Responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the customers’ needs on regular basis & maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

· Partner with solution team & delivery team to develop account strategy plan and business plan.

· Research on telco industry and perform market insight to ensure the competitiveness of proposed solution.

· Achieve annual business plan through efficient internal collaboration and proper customer approaching.

· Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.

· Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.

· Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones, and deliverables.

· Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.

· Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.

· Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.

· Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period.

· During project phase, lead the application in covering:

i. Contract Management.

ii. Service Level Management (SLA).

iii. Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritisation).

iv. Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure).

v. Audit and Security Services.

vi. Risk Management.

· CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.

· Team player with project management and people management skills.

· Experience in Hardware or Technical refresh project is an added advantage.

· Analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of Singapore Authority procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.

· Familiar with Singapore government data security policies and governance Alternative Change Management Skills Set and Experience for Project Manager.

· A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
