Key Responsibilities & Expectations of a Digital Manager/ Senior Digital Manager:

1. Client Engagement and Strategic Planning:
   • Lead client discussions on digital, consumer & CRM journey, understanding their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
   • Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners
   • Develop end-to-end digital strategies that encompass upper-funnel awareness and consideration activities through to bottom-funnel lead generation and conversion.

   • Recommendation to client to develop compelling creative assets and messaging that resonate with target audiences at each funnel stage.
   • Implement lead generation tactics and conversion optimization strategies to drive qualified leads, maximize conversion rates, lower CPL/CPA etc with planner and performance specialist.
3. Implementation Oversight:
   • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring they are implemented effectively and aligned with strategic objectives.
   • Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement with planner and performance specialist.
   • Manages the daily work flow of all client campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectives and ensure seamless campaign execution across all channels and touchpoints.
4. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
   • Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, empowering them to excel in digital strategy development and execution.
   • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
