We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to oversee the development and use of data systems in ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE-ID)

ADVANCE-ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. • Day-to-day handling and managing of Accredited Checking projects, including detailed analysis & checking, production of design reports and project correspondence

• To assist the Business Unit Manager to enhance group competency by actively participating in implementation & timely updating of design tools/standards/procedures/rules & initiatives by government authorities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge in detailed design of civil engineering works
• Familiar with codes of practices, relevant regulations and submission requirements
• Able to work independently to support the Qualifed Person

• Be able to reasonably control the timing of special effects animation, and design and produce special effects in conjunction with character movements;
• Write special effects technology & specification documents related to the production process and content and check online game effects;
• Optimize the special effect resources related to the unity engine;

Job requirements:

• 5 years' experience in special effects design and production, with at least one fully developed game project;
• Competent at using Unity3D engine for special effects production, and have a certain understanding of shaders;
• Familiar with PS, have foundation in hand drawing and painting skills, can efficiently make textures or draw renderings;
• Have strong special effects design ability, understand the sensory experience brought by various effects, be able to control the design of character movements, and continuously innovate and improve experience with special effects;
• Rich imagination, good sense of color and form, and strong innovation ability.
