Alight’s HR Transformation Advisory practice supports clients to maximize the value of their investments in transformation programs, particularly cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials-enabling technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand. With particular emphasis on digital transformation, the team’s consultants rely on user-centric, data-driven techniques to ensure that our clients can introduce and sustain new ways of working. As a senior leader in the APAC HR Transformation Consulting practice, you will build strong relationships with board level customer contacts. You will be working on many of the following activities, either leading or as part of a global project team:

As our marketing specialist for Japan and Southeast Asia (SEA), you will work as part of the team, with EDB’s International Operations, PR manager and appointed marketing agencies, to drive and execute an integrated marketing strategy to raise awareness of Singapore and generate and nurture leads amongst the business communities in Japan and SEA.

a. Clinical Cases

• Maintaining records and data of medical incidents to:
• Summarize the information gathered from all stakeholders and prepare both preliminary and final reports (incorporating the views of expert opinion and legal advice provided) on the position adopted by the hospital and its rationale.
• Corresponding appropriately with hospital’s appointed legal advisors.
• If necessary, submit the MARSH report form to the hospital’s appointed insurers as and when necessary.
• Submit data timely to the National Quality Assurance System (NQAS) according to the stipulated timeline for all SRE cases.

5. Keep close tracking for all incoming emails from MOH and disseminate timely to Senior Management and all stakeholders for follow-up actions.

Work closely with Administrative Executive to administer Doctor’s applications for Accreditation and Credentialing and Re-accreditation including maintaining the master files and database of the accredited doctors to be updated timely. Ensure that all licenses, memberships, and certificates are renewed and valid at all times.

7. Support Doctor’s engagement and relationship building, including the administration of Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities such as organizing of medical talks / seminars / workshops for doctors and CME points submission.

8. Disseminate timely notification to doctors when there are urgent updates on hospital’s matters such as disruption to pharmaceutical items, etc.

Risk Operations Senior Analyst, Credit Risk Management Services

CRMS serves as a critical component of our First Line of defense for wholesale and counterparty credit risk management that is part of Institutional Credit Management (ICM) under ICG Business. CRMS works through the challenges of the Wholesale Credit Risk Lending processes with the aim of transforming the credit risk process flows including but not limited to credit facility management, legal documentation, collaterals and risk reporting. Importantly, CRMS will coordinate with credit management groups across ICG businesses to ensure full alignment on business and regulatory goals, as well as consistency and best practices where appropriate.

Our mandate is to create a world class, end-to-end wholesale credit management platform. The analyst is expected to bring in fresh thoughts and newer perspectives to drive the transformation agenda.

Responsibilities:

• Legal Documentation controls - review for completeness and ensuring retention in accordance with laws.
• Controls over the set-up and management of credit facilities in line with the credit policy and approval conditions.
• Collateral Process Management- recording, monitoring and reporting of collateral provided by the obligor against the credit sanctioned.
• Provide support in handling and reporting data elements to meet regulatory requirements. • Drive business process transformation and deliver tangible results in terms of efficiencies and strong controls.
• Effective stakeholder engagement across multiple business verticals in ICG.

Qualifications:

• At least a first degree or equivalent experience
• Professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business related field or an MBA will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of BFSI (Banking & Financial Services Industry) sector
• Working knowledge of risk management concepts
