Principal Accountabilities:

• Build and manage the development of country-specific growth strategies in the region to effectively expand CME Group’s Data Services business growth in Asia.
• Play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and deepen existing relationships to maximize competitiveness of CME data and analytics products.
• Serve as ambassador for the Data Services business-line in the region, representing CME at regional industry events and associations, while deepening current and future client relationships.
• Maintain overall accountability for the Data Services P/L from the APAC region.

What's the role?

As an APAC Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for our guest and employee experience strategy and all touch points from pre-visit communications, first experience when entering the building, the pantry operations, and any events support. You will lead a regional scrum team of individuals who own the day to day operations of Front of House, Guest Experience, Employee Experience, Pantry Operations and Events support, to name only a few.
