Who We’re Looking For:

We're looking for a Senior Video Producer who can write, direct, and produce high-converting short/ long-form marketing videos to be used across Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube that sell health & wellness products directly to consumers online.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Leading & managing a team consisting of copywriters, video editors & content executives.

• Plan & oversee the creative execution of short-form and long-form marketing videos using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach. 

• Create script outlines & storyboards that combine a variety of storytelling narrative devices including narration, scripted copy, soundbites, video b-roll and graphics (both direct response & brand).
  
• Collaborate with creators & editors from pre-production to delivery, including providing feedback on edits, reviewing graphics and on-screen text.

• Analyze performance data, and use data to create incremental video optimizations that scale.
  
• Collaborate with editors to create video templates & optimisation guides for winning ad formats and iterations of them (including different hooks, structures, elements, lengths, mashups, audio etc).
  
• Hire & integrate new team members to enable scaling of video production.

• 4+ years experience creating video ads for D2C e-commerce beauty or wellness brand (short/ long form).

• Strong leadership skills, experience in managing + hiring teams (editors/ writers/ content execs etc).

• A highly creative self-starter who can work both independently and collaborate well with different teams.

• Ready to go video ads portfolio + playbook to start applying new test ideas to any brand (various UGCs, Ingredient/ Benefit GIFs, Product Explainers etc).

• Strength in organization, project management and documentation. 

• Quick at analyzing and breaking down competitor ads and modeling concepts for fast testing cycles.

• Up-to-date with latest trends and advertising best practices (DTC Twitter etc).

Responsibilities

· Reporting to the Project Director/ Business Unit Head.

· Responsible for preparing project start-up and execution plan, as well as to define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual.

Nanyang Business School (NBS) invites applications for the position of Senior Research Fellow (Post-doc) with Prof. Xin Chang’s research group. This position is supported by a Tier III grant to establish a Climate Transformation Programme (CTP) at NTU. As part of this programme, the Climate Finance Cluster will assess the multifaceted business risks posed by the physical impacts of climate change, narrow the protection gap, and facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

The Senior Research Fellow will be responsible for developing procedures to measure and price risks arising from climate change suitable for each company so that climate risk can be managed by companies and hedged by investors, and seeing this work through to publication in major research journals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use computational linguistic tools and machine learning techniques to analyze discussions on climate change in corporate social responsibility reports, conference call transcripts, and the Management Discussion and Analysis section of companies’ annual reports

• Construct a dataset that can produce a climate risk fact sheet containing essential information about various climate risk exposure (e.g., drought, flooding) of a region or a city

• Develop a new multifactor asset pricing model containing a climate risk factor, which investors can use to effectively price in climate change risk and hedge climate risk

As a Senior Process Engineer/ Process Expert you will be the technical subject matter expert in the area of Cell Culture (USP), Purification (DSP), Technology Transfer, Bioprocessing Technology ,or technical Project Steward .You will utilize technical influence and strong scientific knowledge to drive Technology Transfer and monitor state of control of process, provide direction and oversight on resolution of complex issues, introduction of new bioprocessing technologies and site / global network continuous improvement initiatives, through collaboration with Lonza multi-disciplinary teams / Lonza global network / Lonza’s Customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide oversight / lead timely and successful Technology Transfer (USP and DSP) of customer’s manufacturing process(es) into the Lonza Singapore production facility.
• Monitor processes on a regular basis to ensure process remains in a state of control and prospectively identify any issues in a specific process or across processes.
• Provide oversight / lead the efforts to systematically identify potential root causes, develop solutions and resolve complex technical challenges / issues in multiple customer projects during process monitoring and technology transfer into Lonza Singapore production facility.
• Responsible as the process technical lead for the introduction of new bioprocessing technology into Lonza Singapore production facility, work closely with cross functional teams from Manufacturing (MFG), Quality Assurance (QA), Engineering (ENG), and other departments.
• Provide oversight/ lead the MSAT assessment / adoption of new process changes/ modifications and governing procedures into existing customer’s manufacturing process(es) in Lonza Singapore production facility.
• Identify and recommend technical improvements for MSAT / site practices and procedures. Support / lead the site / global network improvement efforts across MSAT teams, cross functional teams or global network sites.
• Support inspections and audits by customer and regulatory authorities.
• Provide technical guidance and share process knowledge to MSAT team members and other departments.
• Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager

Key requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical / Chemistry/ Microbiology or any related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Biotechnology process development, process support, research or a related manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Prior hands-on technical experience (in a laboratory or manufacturing environment) is desirable.
• Knowledge of Excel as well as Statistical Data Analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, outstanding action orientation, and ability to work well in a cross-functional technical environment.
• Excellent technical writing skills, ability to provide attention to detail is essential.
• Demonstrated track record in completing projects under tight timelines.
