The Manager, Human Resource Management Systems implements and maintains processes and systems that support strategic HR projects for various HR functions. He/She evaluates the effectiveness of HR processes and systems, as well as liaises with various stakeholders to understand their data reporting and analysis requirements.

He/She leverages on technologies to improve HR processes and systems and is at ease working with information technologies to derive data analytics and communicate insights in a compelling manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct Feasibility Studies on HRMS technologies

• Identify the operational needs for HR systems and infrastructure capabilities.
• Establish business case for new system implementation by synthesizing organizational requirements to determine overall budget requirements for HR systems implementation.
• Establish processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs.
• Conduct Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for HR systems.
• Evaluate available HR systems and vendors to recommend suitable options.
• Determine system functionalities and customizations to be incorporated in HR systems.

2. Implement HRMS in NSHS & group of companies in Southeast Asia & India

• Determine implementation plans for HR systems.
• Lead implementation and roll out of HR systems to NSHS & group of companies in Southeast Asia and India.
• Train HR operations team members in the implementation of HR systems.
• Design feedback channels to gather inputs on effectiveness of HR systems and processes from the lines of business.
• Evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives and user needs.
• Work with Information Security and Technology team members to monitor compliance of HR systems with data and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend improvement to HR systems and processes.
• Manage the impact of change made to HR systems and processes with the various stakeholders.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts & Social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Computer Science.
• At least 10 years of experience in an HRMS manager position.
• Practical experience with HRMS implementation and administration, including payroll systems.
• Practical experience in HR digitalisation/transformation, data analytical and reporting.
• IT system-savvy and exposure to use of HR systems such as Cornerstone or equivalent.
• Good communication, project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing diverse group of stakeholders in regional or global organization.
• Good working knowledge with relevant statutory guidelines in SEA & India region.

Job Requirement:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Building or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in the procurement of civil projects and/or civil variation works.
• At least 8 years of supervisory experience in managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques.
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage.

Senior Accounts Executive (contract)

Accounting and Reporting:

1. Review, ensure timely and accurate reporting of Malaysia entities accounts (including audit schedules, sales report, monthly analysis, budget etc.)
2. Assist to perform group and entities’ monthly 1st and 2nd closing into Jiu Qi system, and ad-hoc accounting reports.
3. Assist to meet the Group Chinese Reporting requirements and deadlines.
4. Assist in performing Annual Budget for Group and Entities.
5. Assist in performing Year-End Closing for Group and Entities.
6. Assist to complete the minor reports required by HQ China.
7. Assist day-to-day operation accounting for 2 to 3 entities as and when assigned.
8. Assist the superior in ad-hoc reporting tasks as and when assigned.

Treasury Matters:

1. Assist the Group Corporate Treasury functions on daily basis.
2. Preparation of Group monthly Treasury report and HQ Jiu Qi treasury report.
3. Preparation of weekly cash balance report.
4. Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast for the Group and Entities.
5. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting or full ACCA or related field.
2. Able to read and write report in Chinese for reporting to HQ is a must.
3. Possess financial audit experience in an audit firm is an advantage.
4. Experience in treasury and reporting function is an advantage.
5. Strong hands-on experience in financial and management reporting.
6. Analytical skills in the development of data-driven reports are a plus.
7. Demonstrate ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
