JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Overall in-charge of the kitchen department ensuring the preparation of high quality meals in accordance to company standards, menu specification and production schedules

• Actively participate in the kitchen training, including on the job training and support junior staffs and trainees in their development

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in the related or any dicipline
• Atleat 6 years of hands on cooking experience in a Indian restaurant and handling in high volume service operations preferred
• Highly skilled in cooking techniques and comprehensive knowledge of both North & South Indian cuisines
• Thorough experience with preparing and cooking North and South Indian Authentic dishes
• Understand Indian Food culture and techniques and knowledgeable about properties and usage of herbs and spices in food preparation, and cooking Indian dishes in a traditional way
• Able to cook different types of Indian Briyanis, South & North Indian Meals, dosa, chutneys and also Satti Soru
• North Indian Dishes: Tandoori items, Naans items, Chappati and skilled in prata making and able to cook different varieties of pratas
• Experience in preparing Indian Traditional hot drinks, snacks delights and Indian deserts such as Gulab jamon, Raskulla, payasam, Carrot halva etc
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays and work overtime if necessary
• Must possess a lot of stamina and will power to be able to stand for long hours and work for extended hours too in order to experiment in creating new dishes
• The candidate should also possess good knowledge of food products and their availability in order to plan cuisine accordingly

Job Summary

This is a very visible and critical role in the company. This role requires to work along with interdisciplinary team of engineers to evaluate feasibility and promise of technologies of the future. Would be working very closely with electrical, electron optics, and product engineers on various mechanical design for Borries system development and integration (e.g. platform, stage, load lock, gun, column and etc).

Purpose and Scope of role :

The Products and Solutions function is responsible for product management, product strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design for the development and growth of Visa’s products across the Asia Pacific region (AP). What a Manager, Developer Solutions does at Visa:

Visa Developer is a platform solution that allows developers, issuers, merchants and their partners to reduce the cost and time to market associated with developing their own end to end solutions. Customers can combine and integrate APIs from Visa, 3rd parties, and their own APIs to create distinct and compelling solutions that complement their brand, technology, and strategy. Visa Developer helps deliver a superior customer experience, faster time to market, lower delivery and maintenance costs, and a more extensible way to manage both core and value-added capabilities. As a Manager, Developer Solutions within the Commercialisation team, you will need to understand the strategic, commercial, technical, and ecosystem implications of both product launch and product development. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups in our AP markets and regional hub to motivate, educate, and provide advice on Visa developer solutions. You will also develop and execute plans to evolve and grow Visa Developer by engaging with the developer community across various platforms.

The Global Events Marketing (GEM) team is seeking an enthusiastic event professional with an emphasis on APJI Trade Shows to project manage and deliver industry trade shows and hosted events as assigned.
 

You will represent Ciena, communicate key marketing messages and facilitate the execution of these events. On-site attendance of the event will be required. Overall Responsibilities

Summary

A Senior Geotechnical Engineer position is available with Fugro Marine Geotechnical Team. The Marine Geotechnical service line is responsible for acquiring and interpreting accurate geotechnical data which enables our clients to make informed decisions during the engineering, design and construction phases of infrastructure development projects, ultimately reducing project risk and costs.

Reporting to a Principal Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Manager, the Senior Geotechnical Engineer will take responsibility for independently delivering the findings of offshore site characterisation projects whilst managing a small engineering team in the future. From time to time you will also lead site based teams which is predominantly on dedicated geotechnical drilling vessels.

This position will be based in the Singapore office and serving all projects in the Asia Pacific Region.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Engineering and Reporting Manager and Principal Engineers in the technical direction, resource management, planning, mentoring and training of a team of geotechnical engineers
• Communicate directly with Clients and Fugro’s project management team to ensure requirements are met
• Technically manage a portfolio of various sized projects within billed allowances, ensuring compliance with the specification and delivery of projects to programme dates

Other responsibilities that this role will have includes driving lever performance, managing agency partners to improve campaign efficiency and deliver incremental revenue growth. The role will work global acquisition teams and agencies/media partners in region, ensuring that new hotels are onboarded into the digital acquisition performance funding program.  

It consists in analyzing and implementing the digital acquisition strategy in all countries across MEA (and overseas towards MEA hotels) to acquire and retain guest by targeting them across the customer journey and support in the delivery of the strategy and performance for the entire MEA APAC region. 

The Manager, Digital Acquisition leads the regional partnership with the appointed media agencies and key publishers, the role will provide guidance and support to the digital teams in countries and is responsible for the digital acquisition campaign and deliverable through defined KPIs.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

Optimize Online Advertising and Acquisition Strategy Across MEA 

• Analyze & optimize the investment strategy across online channels paid search, metasearch, affiliates, retargeting & App download campaigns in order to acquire new customers and retain existing customers and loyalty members at the best cost. 

• Optimize towards business goals by type of activity on a yearly basis. 

• Monitor & adapt the campaign strategy based on the current situation of the region/market. 

• Proactively initiate pilots with new publishers/technology in order to optimize investments towards business goals. 

• Develop advanced audience targeting techniques in order to further optimize investment.  

• Animate global JBP (mainly Google, Microsoft, etc.) regionally. 

• Project management: ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a challenging environment. 

• Consolidation and management of local budget sources & fees. 

Manage Hub Digital Acquisition Campaigns 

• Ensuring alignment with the full-funnel strategy and objectives of the company 

• Is a Point of Contact (POC) to the agencies for Acquisition and App download campaigns.

• Ensure deep understanding of the Digital Acquisition and operational requirements. 

• Support the Hotel digital marketing teams in their Acquisition channel optimization & analysis. 

• Monitor investment performance on a regular basis against business goals as defined in the strategy (reach, Impression share, ROI etc.) 

• Develop deep analysis of investment performance using all tools available (GA360, Kenshoo, Tableau, Cognos, Omniture etc.) in order to optimize overall web direct business. 

Share Strategy and Performance with Global Acquisition Team 

• Help co-design the global advertising and acquisition strategy. 

• Communicate animation plan. 

• Support MEA APAC Digital Acquisition performance review 

• Represent MEA in key meetings. 

Follow Market Trends and Best Practices 

• Be aware of competitors activities. 

• Follow proactively new products, tools, and publishers to keep Accor at the forefront of innovation. 

Co-Responsible for the Regional MEA Online Digital Acquisition Budget 

• Optimize and monitor the regional Acquisition budget. 

• Provide guidance on country and hotels Acquisition budgets.
