Our client in Singapore is in need of a full-cycle sales recruiter.  This role will be responsible for recruiter sales and solution architect roles. The role is remote and contract.

Primary Objective:

• Perform functional audit of RHB Asset Management and other Singapore entities in order to ensure:-
• Soundness and adequacy of governance, risk management and internal control system (with a focus on Asset Management but should be comfortable with all auditable areas of a bank)
• Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute risk based audit assignments within the approved audit plan and budget, which include:-
• Proper documentation of audit works with adequate supporting documents;
• Draft audit findings to highlight internal control weaknesses, irregularities, inefficiencies and non-compliances as well as recommendations to enhance existing control system and remedial action
• Attend audit exit discussion with respective Head of BG/FG/BA/FA to discuss audit issues and recommendations and subsequently draft the audit reports; and
• Follow-up and tracking resolution status of outstanding audit issues.
• Maintain Audit Program and ensure continuous review of audit approach by taking cognizance of changes effecting the operations and to ensure that the audit methodology is comprehensive and up to date.
• Participate in project review, meetings and other audit assignments when required by Section Head or Head of Internal Audit
• Attend and witness the opening and closing of tenders called by the Management as and when required

Service Excellence

• Promote core values of the bank and cultivate excellent customer service culture among staff in the branch
• Manage branch key service performance index (eg. Queue time management, compliments, Rate-My-Service)
• Ensure branch adhere to grooming and housekeeping standards
• Complaint Management: Proactive and prompt handling of customer service issues
• Ensure there is clear customer focus and service commitment across the Branch to produce a high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set

Branch Operation

• Support on-boarding operations and ensure seamless experience for customer
• Support branch operations including cash handling when required

Risk, Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with the policies and procedure set by the Bank and statutory requirements and guidelines.
• Ensure and observe operational procedures to avoid operational loss
• Proactive in audit management

The Contract Manager will support the client and project team on to ensure that the project is successfully delivered on time and within budget, managing change and assessing the operational and financial risks for proposed construction project plans and process for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management tasks. 

• Lead all pre & post contract management tasks of the project and support the client's global procurement in managing internal and external procurement activities 

• You shall be familiar with FIDIC Contract and have proven previous experiences in managing all contractual and commercial issues pertaining to the project. 

• Perform cost validation for work assignments/packages and subsequent change order management. 

• Lead negotiations with Contractor to drive to best value. Subsequently offer the client independent assessment of the bids for compliance to the RFP requirements and comparison to budget using the client's templates. 

• Provide periodic reports & registrations for VO, Claims, Insurances Payment & etc.  

• Support the client's project team for timely delivery of the project and within the budget.

• Lead and manage all incoming & outgoing contractual & commercial correspondences 

• Manage all notices under FIDIC 

• Manage all Engineer’s instructions, variation orders, claims 

• Manage project cash flow and interim payments 

• Manage all insurances and bonds/guarantees 

• Manage project risks and opportunities 

• Works closely with Project Controller to manage project milestones and manage all EOT (if any) related claims 

As an I&C Project Manager in the project team, you will be responsible to provide high quality engineering services and specifications for the Planning, Design, Construction, Start-up, and Commissioning of your discipline specific Facilities systems in support of the success of the project.  

You will participate in Project Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Project Tendering, and onsite Discipline Project Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline. 

You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing MEP projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. You will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of I&C systems and be able to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.   

• Provide input and support to the Project Lead during the development of project procedures (Project Execution Plan and Construction execution plan). 

• Coordinate with GFC, Local Project Team, Vendors, AE, GC etc. to ensure successful project completion. 

• Regular meeting with all stakeholders (GFC, end users, operations, project, contractors, vendors, etc.) to discuss project progress and issues that may arise during the project execution. 

• Track, prepare and report progress weekly on project progress, risk, schedule, cost for discipline. Overseeing the project team’s work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestones.    

• Ensure all project scope is executed to safety standards and requirements. Review all job plans for high risk during construction in discipline related areas /scope. 

• Review of project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures to ensure that they meet requirements and specifications.  

• Identification and resolution of project issues and risks. 

• Providing technical expertise and experience where needed to solve complex problems.  

• Monitoring changes in legislation and industry trends to ensure that projects are up to date with best practices. 

• Management Discipline Scope Change Process and documentation. 

• Provide project procurement technical support 

• Oversee disciplines installation Q&A assurance and Testing and Commissioning Activities. 

• Coordinate and lead project closeout activities for discipline;

• SIPP document check and review. 

• Conducting project meetings and site visits.

• Managing Design & Construction vendors and Gas Plant Supplier to ensure that they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products or services according to specifications.  

• Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are collaborating well with each other towards the common goals/ objectives. 

• Ensure successful delivery of seamless facility commissioning and turnover process that focuses on the end user (i.e. the Operations & Maintenance). 

• Manage review and approve commissioning file for each systems & equipment’s which includes method statements, single line diagram, site instructions, deviation list, various tests, equipment datasheet & specification, relay setting calculations, etc 

• Manage Site acceptance testing (SAT) witness and certification process for all equipment and systems. Reviewing functional test data for evidencing compliance with performance specifications and other standards. Reporting on testing and inspection results and coordinating for Engineer/ consultant’s sign off /certification of the relevant systems/sub systems as applicable. 

• Coordinate with the Construction manager(s), Engineers, Project Manager, AE ,and GC for Inspection of respective systems /subsystem’s and documentations of functional testing record sheet for disciplines. 

• Coordinate with GC for schedule of GC attendance at site for critical equipment, complex system packages and monitoring the GC presence as per schedule to be prepared and agreed during project execution. 

• Development of relationships with internal and external customers and organizations. 

• Control the schedule and quality of discipline BIM model. 

• Responsible for reviewing the discipline BIM models to find and track clash, space management issues. 

• Responsible for coordination of the BIM models to identify clashes with other disciplines. 

• Consolidate client queries and help to coordinate with GC to resolve the issues.  

• Ensure that all issues and clashes are resolved before GC produces shop drawings. 

• Ensure the GC shop drawing is aligned with BIM model. 

• Ensure GC has used BIM models for constructability studies prior to development of shop drawings. 

• Ensure space management done with client operations team input. 

• Ensure coordinated models are used to help identify EHS issues with all EHS team member input. 

• Ensure the construction is consistent with as-built model. 

• Ensure the required project parameters are filled in by the GC. 

• Collect clash numbers for consolidation and reporting to the client on a weekly basis.
