The Programmatic and Social Senior Account Manager owns the strategic planning and implementation for his/her assigned brand. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Programmatic and Social Senior Account Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in his/her portfolio and implement campaigns with the support of Campaign Specialists. This is a regional role in-charge of market/s within SEA, HK and TW.

You will be responsible for responding to briefs in a timely and efficient manner, providing detailed rationales and media plans, ensuring the correct setup and implementation, and providing direction and management to the Campaign Specialists.

The Programmatic and Social Senior Account Manager acts as the vertical expert specializing on programmatic and social digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Guacamole for secure remote access to our systems.
• Ifrastructure as Code: Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage on-premises infrastructure.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for Kubernetes clusters in our on-premises environment (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Security Best Practices: Implement Kubernetes security measures within our onpremises setup, including RBAC, network policies, and pod security policies

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of a large lab and control building. This role involves managing complex projects with significant oversight of construction processes, contractor relationships, and vendor coordination. The project consists of three separate jobs, with new buildings fabricated in the Middle East and shipped to Jurong Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead the overall project execution from foundation and steel structure through to final commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between our client and all contractors and vendors, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise.

• Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of multiple contractors, ensuring that all project milestones are met while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the W1 & W3 Estate.
• Manage regular inspections of estate to assess maintenance needs, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair works.
• Be the main Point of Contact for the Client on all operational matters.
• Attend to feedbacks, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and inspect trial pits to ensure no illegal dumping, buried structures and free from contamination before handing / taking over the land from / to Agencies / lessees.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports, meetings, and management report.
• Supervise Term-Contractor performing inspection and maintenance regime.
• Raise any hazardous / safety concern observed during surveillance and inspection within the estate to the management.
• Review quotations and prepare the cost estimation report and submit to the management.
• Ensure fulfilment of FMC contractual requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Manage incidents and comply with incident reporting requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Manage a team of property executive, property officers and technicians

You are:

• Estate management requires traveling from location to location to perform the task efficiently, company transport will be provided.
• In estate management, it's essential for individuals to feel at ease working outdoors, embracing the dynamic environments inherent to the role.
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging with clients and various stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate seamlessly within a team and work independently when required.
• Class 3 driving license / Class 2 driving license with own transport will be an added advantage.

The Restaurant Manager of Butcher’s Block is responsible to support the Restaurant General Manager for supervising the overall operations and service standards of the outlet to meet and exceed guest’s dining experience expectations. • Provides recommendations to Management about potential sources of incremental revenue e.g. promotions etc.
• Implements appropriate and effective measures to improve control of labour and operating.
• Submits regular restaurant revenue and expense forecasts.
• Submits monthly sales analysis with respective improvement recommendations/action plan.
• Uses revenue management tools to generate reports.
• Ensures all reports generated are accurate before submission.

Training, Learning and Development of the Team

• Arranges training for all colleagues in line with established training requirements and co-ordinates all arrangements for proper execution.
• Conducts regular on the job trainings for colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Records and submits monthly On-the-Job Training hours to Food & Beverage Office before the 15th of each month.
• Guides the departmental orientation for new hires.
• Ensures that colleagues are aware of hotel rules and regulations.
• Ensures that colleagues are trained on fire and safety, emergency procedures and hygiene.
