Job Duties

1. Business Plan management.

• Develops regional management goals and objectives towards growth of products in line with corporate direction.
• Designing and implementing business plans and strategies towards achieving and profit objectives, including efficient cost management.
• Suggest and propose appropriate resources to conduct and complete its business activities.
• Annual and Half-yearly Business Planning.
• Monitor and manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly regional performance according to set targets and KPIs.

2. Regional Sales & Marketing

• Provides leadership in management of sales, marketing and account management, fostering a team-based culture.
• Sets clear targets for the growth and development of the product.
• Oversees business activities relating to the product.
• Close monitoring of product performance against set targets and objectives and to take countermeasures for improvement when needed.
• Ensures full compliance in various areas of operations, including the use of management tools such as CRM, and managing risks.
• Conducts periodic market studies to fully understand the prevailing market conditions affecting business, and drives sales activities in accordance with the market realities.
• Leads in-country project solutions design included data gathering and analysis, optimization, process improvements and reengineering, costing.
• Provides marketing information in support of sales activities.

• Provides promotional material at periodic intervals for product development, especially new services or solutions.
• Periodic analysis of business results, and provides improved support if necessary.

3. Others

• Compiles various business performance report from respective companies.
• Reviews and analyzes the result of the various performance report.

Requirements

• A University Degree or Professional Qualification.
• 10 to 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in management position with profit and loss responsibility.
• Good analytical skills and a proven ability in new business development.
• Strong leadership and motivator, and the ability to build, lead and motivate a dynamic team.

Job Scopes

1. Automated Product Inspection Equipment (ATE) Design and Development .
2. New Product proces design and line setup.
3. Work closely with local and HQ (Japan) designers on product change requirements, plan with the local group of members,
   draft the implementation schedule to meet target date, disseminate, and finetune the schedule with production PICs for the implementation to be carried out smoothly.
4. Follow-up with related members and enforce the usage of systems developed for Operation Change tracking.
5. Understand key functions and product master setting rules of our ERP system, process-related inline systems, traceability requirements, to align the process design with the systems.

Technical Background Requirement:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate computation and payroll processing
• Timely submission of payroll bank transfers, CPF submission, IR21 and IR8A submission

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, manage user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
• Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.

Fundamental Requirement

• Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in business analysis or in core data science using cloudera platform.
• Previous experience on Data science project and understand the global markets products and its underlying pricing components (Market data analytics and identifying risk factors affecting pricing of the products)
• Understanding of cloudera framework includes CDP (Cloudera Data Platform) and CDSW (Cloudera Data Science Work Bench)
• Experience in Cloudera manager to monitor Hadoop cluster and critical services
• Should have good knowledge and working experience in Hadoop administration (incl. Hive, Impala, Kafka, zookeeper etc.).
