Group Treasury forms part of the wider Financial Services division. It is responsible for the Group’s funding and liquidity management, capital forecasting and execution, and asset and liability management. Group Treasury works closely with the business units across a number of areas providing strategic assistance and advice to support the decision-making processes of the Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO), Executive Committee and the Board.

Treasury Finance provides management accounting and product control support for the Treasury desks of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s international branches. Your main responsibilities will include:

This role is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Visa solutions in Singapore and Brunei – this includes direct revenue goals as well as product penetration and ecosystem development goals. The Head of Products and Solutions in a market will act as a key influencer in the country leadership team and act as a key advisor to clients in the market.

Projects you will be a part of:

As Head of Products and Solutions for Singapore and Brunei, the successful candidate will be working on

•       Building and scaling Visa’s solutions

•       Accelerating the growth of Visa Solutions with banks in Singapore and Brunei

•       Introducing, enabling and expanding the use of Visa’s new products and solutions (including new acquisitions) in the market to drive direct and indirect revenue

•       Regularly interfacing with key payment ecosystem leaders – including issuers, merchants, regulatory bodies and industry experts

• Develop and achieve the revenue targets for Network Products Value-Added by working with sales, product and client services team in various AP markets.
• Assess the feasibility of new products and solutions for rollout into the Asia Pacific markets and provide regional and global colleagues with local market requirements and customizations that will influence the global product roadmap.
• Manage execution of new implementations with key clients and subsequent post implementation optimizations in collaboration with other functions including client contracts, renewals and billing etc. 
• Execute on all pre-and post-sales engagement, which will include evaluating potential product client opportunities, creating client prioritization pipeline and deploying sales plans. 
• Work with regional stakeholders, global product owners and cross-functional teams (e.g., Account Executives, in-market Product team, Risk team, Visa Consulting and Analytics, Merchant Sales and Acquiring) to develop and prioritize enhancements for existing products, develop go-to-market and commercialization plan for new products.

Projects you will be a part of:

• Engage clients to gain an understanding of their payments processing-related business needs. Identify or collaboratively ideate solutions and recommendations to address their challenges using Visa’s existing products or potentially new innovative solutions.
• Develop revenue targets that drive the adoption of these products in the Asia Pacific markets in partnership with the local client account executives, regional and global product owners, and other stakeholders.

About the team
