The Job

· Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, introduce and acquire high-value, high net worth clients to GE, leveraging professional networks and relationships to drive referrals and expand GE client base. Primary market focus to be China, India and ASEAN.

· Lead and collaborate with agency partners to provide and deliver a total wealth management experience to new-to-company clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and proactive management.

· Facilitate and support customers’ purchase journey via licensed financial representatives within assigned agency team.

· Takes ownership and accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Ensure that transactions are compliant with governing laws and ethical standards, and comply to all applicable policies and procedures

· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
