The SRF will be responsible for leading data-intensive quantitative research on the interactions between familial environmental, focusing strongly on comparing paternal factors with maternal and other household member factors, and the broader environment (e.g. built and natural environment) on child health, well-being, and development. The SRF will utilize skills in big data management, especially harmonizing and linking geospatiotemporal data with longitudinal cohort data, as well as quantitative causal inference and quasi-experimental techniques, to produce new scientific knowledge, write manuscripts, create presentations and reports, and brief collaborators and other stakeholders (academic, government, community, industry, etc.) as needed.

• University degree in Finance
• Qualified Accountant (CPA) qualification is required, Big4 professional experience is of a strong plus
• 15+ years of professional experience with a strong knowledge of International Accounting Standard, Singapore Accounting Standard, Transfer pricing, Tax and others. Singapore statutory, taxation and EDB knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage Finance and administration functions of the Ferrero Asia Pacific region, supporting effective business operations
• Develop and implement local policies and procedures, in line with the Group policies, and improve the internal controls
• Manage the compliance activities of the company such as maintaining statutory records to meet local compliance requirements
• Be in charge of and prepare monthly management accounts for reporting purposes, manage budget preparation for balance sheet and cashflow

Requirements:

You will report to the Corporate Secretariat Manager and be responsible for handling a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters (both Singapore and overseas) including but not limited to the preparation of directors’ resolutions, liaising with various departments and assisting in the preparation and organizing of papers for board meetings, annual general meetings including preparation of minutes, Bizfile+ filings with ACRA and release of SGXNet announcements.
