Successful candidates will also be placed on ground and visitor interaction duty that will include occasional evening and weekend work.

Requirements

The candidate must possess minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Instructional Design and in developing and delivery of online courseware and in working with LMS environment.

He/she must have extensive experience in developing creative and engaging training/content designing and development of learning content, methodologies, and delivery methods for online and in person (onsite). He/she should have knowledge of Web Services, APIs, Relational Databases and Basic Programming and be familiar with online training curriculum and solutions. • Analyze, ascertain, and perform differentiation that the defects are warrantable or chargeable. To work with internal Project team and Customer Support Team to handle on defects claims.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or related Engineering Disciplines
• Min. 5-10 years of related work experience on Power Generators or Original Equipment Manufacturer Generator sets. Data center facility knowledge a plus.
• Possess working experience related to testing of LV/ MV Switchboards, power generators. Preferrable possess a LEW license Grade 7/8/9.
• Capable of testing and calibration of Generator Control Panel and assist 3rdparty supplier on Electrical switchboard and its components, troubleshooting and clear understanding of system specification.
• Familiar with the Generator sets project testing procedures and applicable rules and regulations of regulatory bodies. E.g., SS, ISO 3046, 8528 and etc..

• Salary: Basic up to $4500 + 3 months VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 AM - 05:30 PM)

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily operations in the workshop and manage customer service interactions
• Ensure operational readiness of the workshop, maintaining accountability and integrity in all activities
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize workshop efficiency
• Train and motivate staff to meet performance standards, ensuring they are prepared for their responsibilities
• Address and resolve issues promptly, effectively identifying and managing risks as they arise
• Regularly assess and improve workflows and working conditions to optimize labor use and operational efficiency
• Ensure all work adheres to the company's safety and housekeeping standards
• Act as an escalation point for the team on operational issues
• Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and customers
• Prepare and submit technical reports to customers and manufacturers
• Compile performance, budget, and expenditure reports as required
• Plan and achieve financial targets and key performance indicators
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
