Seeking an experienced individual for a healthcare/medical device MNC to join the team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Job description:

Customer support:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, collaborate with relevant departments to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.

Supply/Order Processing and Tracking:

• Support end-to-end supply chain business processes
• Facilitate and support inventory forecast, including strategic sourcing/procurement and management of inventory levels.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Track and monitor order statuses, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistic teams for order fulfilment

Distribution management

• Assist in renewal of Distribution Agreement (DA) and Letter of Authorisation
• Manage distributors’ inventory, ensuring that all data are updated and available
• Arrange and manage channel partners’ inventory audit.

Job requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
• Proficient in written and spoken communications skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage to effectively communicate with the management and North Asian stakeholders
