Create User request, SIR (Software Issue Report) and needed information for Engineering software team to understand the requirement as to provide correct solution.

Support bench or machine test for new release software before onsite implementation.

Update and maintain all service-related documentation or reports in databases (e.g. customer feedback system) for effective recording, monitoring, and resolution for software issues.

Requirements:

Degree in computer science or related discipline

Experience in servicing & software troubleshooting skills and C++ programming knowledge

Good communication skills

Able to travel overseas

Job Description:

• Serve as the after-sales on-site service engineer of marine environmental protection equipment and other supporting products, responsible for the boarding overhaul, maintenance, training and other work of EGC system, SCR system, FGSS system and other equipment;
• Be responsible for on-site management of after-sales service, including repair, maintenance, training, spare parts management, user communication, opinion collection, service report writing, etc., and be responsible for the quality of on-site after-sales service.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is essential for communicating with China client
• Diploma and above, major in marine, mechanical, electrical and other related fields;
• Good working knowledge with the use, maintenance and overhaul requirements of marine environmental protection products, such as EGC system, SCR system, FGSS, etc;
• At least 2 years of after-sales service experience of marine equipment;
• Work actively, have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong communication and coordination skills, have good written expression skills and oral expression skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of new products, medical device service and repair set-up facility.
• Manage budget and schedule when implementing new production, service, or project initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients on new product development, servicing, and repair efforts.
• Act as a point of contact with production, service, and repair, and research and development.
• In-charge of leading and managing the cross functional teams.
• Collaborate on suppler qualifications, and process failure with supply chain/ operations and quality.
• Ad hoc tasks my assign, if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline.
• With 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior experience in Project Management and NPI.
• Able to process failure mode effects analysis.
• Knowledgeable with the requirement of medical device service & repair center.
