The Customer Services Assistant provides assistance to customers at check-in counters. He/she ensures that passengers’ details match the information on travel documents and handles customer issues regarding flight operations and automated check-in systems. To maintain a safe working environment, he/she complies with all safety and/or security standards and reports safety and/or security breaches to officers and supervisors.

The Customer Services Assistant demonstrates professional behaviour when responding to passenger complaints and acts as a service ambassador for the organisation. He/She works in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures. He/She is physically strong to assist passengers with lifting of their baggage. Description:

You will own the end-to-end design, development and validation of hardware required to enable chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes. You will work with a passionate cross-functional team to generate design concepts, and as the mechanical engineering lead you will be responsible for engineering analysis and documentation for your piece of the project:

• Identifying design tradeoffs and risks to choose best path to solution
• Identifying and performing experiments, data analysis and applying scientific methods to reduce design risk early
• Running analysis (tolerance, thermal, flow etc.) to prove designs will meet intended objectives

In the prototyping and validation phases, you will support internal and external teams in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues found at the component and system level and will be multidisciplinary in nature. 1. Complete definition and design of complex components, modules and sub systems. Contribute to the system engineering specification both within the field of one's expertise and broadening into other disciplines. Ensure designs meet market requirement specifications (MRS).
