Job Summary:
The Production Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process of chemical products within the organization. This role requires a strong background in chemical engineering, production management, and quality control, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team. Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management within the chemical industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control systems.
• Proven leadership experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Thorough knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to chemical production processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment
