With business expansion, we're looking to hire a Singapore based Service Technical Officer to provide service to regional key accounts.

For this role, you will need to

■ Commission, calibrate and maintain the performance of the sensors;

■ Provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.

■ Communicate with clients’ engineers and other technicians to ensure that

services are delivered effectively.

■ Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

■ Prepare presentations and conduct training to the customers to keep up to date with

the latest developments of the sensors;

■ Write reports and present findings to the Manager after each service visit.

Job requirement

■ Diploma in any field (engineering related major is preferred)

■ At least 2 years of technical service experience within engineering space,

candidates with engineering background are welcome to apply.

Job Description:

- Integrate and install auto-mechanical/ electrical/ electronic sub-components/robot/equipment according to process instructions

- Carry out calibration/acceptance test on sub-systems/robot/vehicle/equipment according to process instructions

- Perform functional checks, setting, testing, fault finding and failure analysis

- Service and troubleshoot of Auto-mechanical / Electronics / Electrical control system

- Perform troubleshooting and fault analysis on Hydraulic/Pneumatic/ Electronics/ Electrical system

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Robotics & Smart Systems or related discipline

- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic circuit

- Experience in establishing machine comms interface like RS/CAN/ Modbus/ TCP-IP will be an added advantage

- Able to perform analytical and diagnostics with measuring equipment like Digital Meter & Scope

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs;
• Obtain quotes from newly source suppliers to provide costing and cost reduction;
• Lead in conducting periodic price negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/service;
• Develop and negotiate favorably supply agreement with suppliers;
• Work with Engineering/Unit Sales to analysis Sales Contract’s scope of supply and provided Sales Contract BOM Cost to Management;
• Support in providing Project Costing;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer/HVAC in or equivalent;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin as to liaise with relevant Mandarin speaking counterparts;
• Excellent organization problem solving and negotiation skills.

(Key Roles)

1 Customer & field return complaints handling & resolution.

Drive for timely identification of root cause and corrective actions plans. Monitor track the effectiveness of corrective action implemented. Internalize and deploy warranty field failure DPPM metrics with alignment to key process improvement including manufacturing, test and development processes

2 Drive subcontractors together with Quality members to build quality into the products through

a) Audits

b) Ensuring system and processes are in placed including but not limited to establishment of critical processes.

c) Deploy effective quality methods and tools across subcon processes

3 Perform evaluations & tests to assess and mitigate risk on Quality issues

4 Participate in new project reviews during development stages and assess product risk

5 Any other Adhoc projects as assigned

(Secondary Roles)

1. Monitor performance of new product quality during development and initial mass production stage

2 Assess new product risk before mass production and readiness of product

3 Review Critical Parts list and Quality plan

4 Conduct periodic team meetings both internal and or subcontractors to align with QA process and address issues with QA tools quality issues & corrective action closure.

5 Set & monitor factories KPIs through quality performance, quality management

6 Conduct system and process audits

7 Work with Subcon to ensure their key suppliers are in compliance of supplied materials

Job Description:

• Monitoring the entire production line with quality issues.
• Work with internal teams to improve the quality of the products
• Familiar with various inspection techniques and able to act as an auditor for quality system

Requirements:

• Require to travel to our malaysia's plant
• Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing field
• Previous work experience as a QA Engineer or any similar role
• Minimum Diploma/ Post-secondary/ Polytechnic in engineering or equivalent

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
• Develop, implement, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Review and identify changes to existing procedures and processes for Best Practice
• Plan, lead, conduct internal quality audit and producing audit reports.
• Generate Internal Audit Report, and Follow-up/verify/closure of corrective action for all findings.
• Coordinate all departments in both third-party certification audit and customer audits.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide support during client audits, and oversee the closure of audit findings.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct QMS orientation for new employee(s) and provide ad-hoc quality training.
• Particate in internal measuring equipment calibration.
• Conduct ad-hoc subcontractor registration audit.
• Fulfil any additional responsibilities delegated by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and maintenance, preferable in maritime sector.
• Degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical or related field)
• Proficiency in conducting internal and subcontractor audits according to ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and various quality tools.
• Experience in data analysis and suggestion for improvement
• Demonstrated involvement in continuous improvement activities.
• Experience in creating procedures and work instructions.
