Responsibilities:

• Assures regulatory compliance of product, label and communication.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and act as key liason with relevant units, including marketing and factories for SG regulations.
• Provide opportunity / risk assessment on regulatory environment at early stage of I&R process to facilitate decision-making and help timely launches.
• Handles Healthier Choice Application and manage liaison with relevant HPB department.
• Influence SFA on company positions in relation to business need.
• Ensures that all relevant functions are kept informed about emerging local regulatory issues and implementation schedules for new regulations.
• Builds and maintains relationships with authorities (SFA, HSA, HPB and NEA).
• Participates actively / pro-actively in the interpretation, elaboration and revision of SG Food Regulations.
• Implement nutrition education both internallly and externally.
• Acts as a key contact for all NHW realted issues internally and externally with key stakeholders like HPB.

Responsibilities

In this diverse role, you will manage the needs of the staff and the office. Responsibilities include but not limited to;

• Promote HR best practices that are relevant to the business needs and consult management on HR matters including but not limited to performance management, manpower reporting & analysis, and budgeting
• Provide support and lead audits in relation to HR matters with external parties including but not limited to Ministry of Manpower, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and external auditors
• Updating and maintaining HRS, Talenox
• Coordinating and organising all internal social events
• Managing administrative accounts and providers including but not limited to ordering all office supplies, stationary and pantry supplies
• Checking staff’s expenses on Expensify
• Manage meeting and travel schedules for CEO
• Creating and editing presentations for CEO
• Maintain registry for contracts and documents and inplement systematic way of filing contracts and documents
• Provide support for Corporate Secretary work limited to liaising with appointed external Corporate Secretary agent
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills / Experience

You will be someone with a passion for organization and supporting a business to achieve success. Key skills, and experience include but not limited to;

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferably gained in a start-up role
• BA Degree holder
• Experience in HRS, Talenox and Expensify is appreciated
• Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower rules, regulations and guidelines
• Knowledge of Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s rules, regulations and guidelines in terms of employee’s employment income
• Graphic design skillset is appreciated, exposure to Adobe Illustrator and other design softwares
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks at once and possess the flexibility with can-do attitude to take on duties that are outside of what is required of an office manager
• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work, with the ability to follow through on all tasks
• Cheerful and pleasant disposition
• Good command of English, written and spoken as you will be tasked to draft up and communicate HR policies and Marketing / Branding material

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, from site preparation to construction and infrastructure development.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and supplier to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address issues or delays promptly.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for Forward Works Contracts, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Manage project closeout procedures.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure construction and development activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Serve as the Contract Administrator for projects, including the evaluation of contractual claims.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in residence building development or commercial building in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.
