Drive Operational Excellence

• Provide visible leadership to drive OEMS for Marine Fuel Terminal Operations including Tank Truck Loading Rack (fleet operations). Responsible for overall maintenance & CAPEX/COPEX implementation in Fuel Terminal, Lubricants & Lubricant Additive Blending Plant (VII).
• Execute OE Processes such as Safe Work Practices (SWP), Management of Change (MOC), Compliance Assurance (CA), Process Safety Management (PSM) and Contractor HES Management (COEM) as designed. Lead Loss and Near Loss investigations, conduct workforce engagement and terminal assessments.
