We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Manager with a strong background in consultancy and design. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in M&E Engineering and demonstrate expertise in leading the design and coordination of M&E systems for large-scale projects. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Design and Engineering: Lead the design of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with standards, perform calculations, review drawings, and utilize CAD/BIM for optimal integration. Consultancy: Advise clients on M&E system selection, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure designs are cost-effective and sustainable. Project Management: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage design modifications, and provide on-site technical support. Sustainability: Promote energy-efficient designs, integrate renewable solutions, and introduce innovative M&E technologies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with authorities for approvals. Documentation: Maintain thorough design documentation, prepare reports, and lead design review meetings. Team Leadership: Mentor design engineers, ensuring the team is coordinated and delivers high-quality outputs.

Job Purpose

The Regional HR Operations Manager - SEA, is responsible for supporting all people-related matters and day-to-day implementation of HR initiatives and policies at an operational level in order to achieve high performance and high engagement organization.

Lead and facilitate the annual performance remuneration and bonus review process by working closely with multiple stakeholders including Regional HR Director, Country HR, Regional and Country Leadership teams and Global HQ through effective collaboration

Oversee Singapore’s payroll data preparation and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure pay is made to the employees correctly and on time

Manage the administration and monitoring of benefits programs such as provident fund, life, medical, dental insurance, pension plans, and leave entitlements, etc.

Ensure HR and C&B documents and processes that are accessible by employees are updated and correct, e.g. employee handbook, insurance handbook and any other benefits related claim or application processes etc.

Policy and Compliance

Oversee the administration of Visa and work permit related matters such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing and updating to relevant governmental agencies.

Ensure all policy and procedures, HR Manual and employee handbook are up to date

Provide guidance on local employment legislation as and when requested by the CLT and employee.

Provide compliance updates and reporting to HQ on a regular basis via the global compliance portal.

Employee Relations

Manage employee complaints and grievance procedures and facilitate counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

Proactively prevent/deal with disputes through mediation.

Promote the relationship between the organisation employment/ governmental bodies to ensure compliance and fair employment practices.

People Experience Operations and Administration

Collaborate and support the Regional HR team in people work programs and activities.

Provide operations support to the Region HR team as required, e.g., onboarding new joiners, and updating people system etc.

Lead and create presentation packs for people work programs, engagement activities, regional and global meetings.

Collaborate with the Admin team to support the region team with any health & safety related activities to maintain a safe work environment.

Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects as appropriately assigned by the HR Team.

Key Requirements

5+ years of HR experiences, especially in C&B, HRIS and employee relations. Experience in HR advisory or business partnering role a plus. Industry experience from Education/ Consulting would be an added advantage.

Prior work experience in fast-paced MNC environment with country & SEA regional offices set up and matrix reporting line.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages and directs staff of accountants and analysts to conduct all routine procedures and duties associated with the plant controller organization.
• Provides advice and counsel to plant operations management to ensure the optimum performance of the plant. Interprets financial data collection to influence management toward decisions consistent with company objectives.
• Set up and monitor systems of internal control consistent with direction provided by the Division controller and Manager of Tax & Treasury.
• Monitors plant credits and collections. Supervises plant cash management including collections and forecasting balances over time.
• Prepares financial projections and company status reports to divisional and corporate management as required. Coordinates discussions with Division management on financial matters.
• Identifies and implements programs that control the corporation’s financial risk, including implementation of programs established by the Division Controller and Tax & Treasury Manager.
• Develops and implements systems to control the manufacturing operation costs and maintain systems to monitor product lines and customer profitability.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS office applications.
• Competent financial capabilities.
• Hands-on with strong analytical skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in a related field is preferred.

About the General Manager Plantation Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for budgeting, planning, implementing, and reviewing all aspects of estate management to ensure that good agricultural practice and the company’s standard operating procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of palm oil upstream operations, from plantation management, harvesting, and milling to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and sustainable practices.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational processes, cost-effectiveness, and safety performance.
• Oversee the financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting.
• Implement financial controls and risk management practices.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational plans.
• Implement strategies to meet KPIs and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments.
• Ensure adherence to ethical business practices, corporate governance, and social responsibility.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Plantation Management, Agricultural Science, Manufacturing, or a business-related field such as Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the plantation sector.
• Prior experience managing multiple plantation estates that’s 10,000 ha in size is ideal
• Prior experience in managing coastal and hilly estates is highly advantageous
• Solid working knowledge of budgeting Estate and HO, sales of BBF and CPO, business development, and strategic planning.
• Proven record of effective management of Company's Budget and Financial performance
• Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment governing the plantation/agriculture industry, including food safety, environmental, and labour regulations
• Efficient, strong work ethics – able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyse sustainability data and information, create interesting and engaging findings and present the information in a concise manner
• Ability to travel to remote locations within Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advocate for the game product, representing both player and business needs
• Lead the project team, providing guidance and direction, and oversee the development and refinement of game mechanics through prototyping and iteration
• Analyze and conduct research on player needs and understanding the elements contributing to player satisfaction and enjoyment, especially the first time user experience
• Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance
• Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation of the design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to ensure proper implementation of the game features designed

Requirements

• Minimum a bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, economics or other related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in game/ product design/ revenue/ finance

● Define and execute the roadmap with clearly articulated and well measured goals

● Identify, define and execute on projects that elevate the usability, novelty, and comprehensiveness of discovery pathways

● Drive understanding of how and where discovery initiatives can bolster content discovery and engagement

● Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and other partner teams to create discovery experiences that are meaningful and delightful to consumers ● Collaborate across teams to optimize content classification, browsing, and conversion experiments and measure firmly understood hypotheses and business objectives

● Plan and prioritize the backlog for development teams to ensure maximum value in deliverables

● Interpret insights and business needs and transform into detailed product requirements documents and user stories for engineering teams to execute

Focuses on Product Execution and Customer Insights i.e. product specifications, execution & delivery; and able to work closely with Technical Engineers and Designers.

Currently each has a dedicated agile team to look after/support them, and how to grow/enhance them. The Product Manager is a part of this team.
