RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme and Residents management

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team to support activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy
• Introduce, implement rehabilitative therapies and/or programmes. Review and evaluate therapies and programmes to see if they are relevant to residents.
• Facilitate, coordinate and plan in-house programmes for residents. Monitor residents involvement for in-house activities and update individual residents care plan (ICP) report to respective case or social workers/managers
• Work closely with the Programme team to ensure programmes rostered to do are delivered
• Plan, develop program materials, design and implement group activities
• Work with key workers to implement strategies for behaviour management
• Responsible for progress monitoring of achievement of residents care plan goals

Community Partnership and Volunteer Management

• Source, develop and sustain collaborations with other social service agencies, community stakeholders, corporate partners and, government agencies where necessary for effective programme and volunteer management
• Work with volunteers to deliver volunteer led programmes
• Responsible for maintaining the volunteer database

• Preferably Diploma in related field
• Those without diploma will be considered based on working experience
• Good communication, teamwork and leadership skills

The Country Manager/ Branch Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations and management and to support the company’s strategic short and long terms regional growth plans.

The role and responsibilities of the GM/Branch Manager include the following:

1. Develop, review and refinement of the business strategy, execution of the strategy to obtain/maintain a leading position in the market place.

2. Growing the revenue/profit for the Branch with new business and existing business.

Your primary duties include:

· Coordinating and supervising the passenger's check-in process provided by our Ground Handling Agent;

A. Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Programme Manager in Promotion & Partnership to join our Government Services team, with a primary focus on executing the Singapore Health Promotion Board (HPB) Programme.

This position is responsible for overseeing overall building maintenance and security operation for all Central Offices (“CO”), includes conducting inspection, coordinating maintenance/ improvement programs and projects, compile data for reporting and forecasting future needs and costs.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in operations and implementation of facilities management programmes, including formulating programmes relating to routine and periodic maintenance works, plan and implement the cyclical replacement/ enhancement works for all Central Offices
• Support Manager for preparation of operation and capital budget, monitoring and control to ensure completion within time and cost objectives.
• Assist in contract administration and management, including calling, evaluation, negotiation and award recommendation of tenders/ quotations.
• Support the effective planning and management of activities of outsourced service partners, providing supervision and controlling their performance
• Coordinate with internal associate engineers and the appointed managing agent to ensure maintenance of all systems are being carried out according to plan and contracted scope of work and manage facilities related to timely repair and replacement work.
• Assist to investigate, develop and implement solutions, trouble shoot on day to day operational problems of facilities and building.
• Assist to develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures to maintain full compliance with the prevailing legislative acts and regulatory requirements.

Operations Executive is primarily responsible in performing defined flight watch duties; ensuring relevant information is transmitted to crew via suitable means and follow up in absence of acknowledgement from crew; coordinate with dispatch service provider and act as medium between flight dispatch and the pilot for operational support and flight following.

Responsibilities:

3. Ensure operational information as defined in ORM is transmitted to crew via suitable means and follow-up on crew's acknowledgement,

4. Ensure that Flight Plan package consisting of all sectors for the crew, including weather and NOTAMs and a picture form of the most recent weather conditions/ volcanic activity charts (as published at regular intervals) are ready for the crew at sign-on.

5. Coordinate between pilot and dispatch service provider where applicable.

Summary

This is a 6-month contract role based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive proactive paid/owned/earned storytelling across product and tech - which requires the hire to keep on top of product updates, shape comms strategies and narratives around these developments and then execute.

• Oversee our corporate communications review processes, including press room management, reporting and media relationship management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, Lead, motivate, direct, develop and train a team of production employees. Assigns work and sets priorities for employees. Provides technical expertise and managerial leadership. Effectively communicates daily crossovers and build/test issues across all levels of Manufacturing.

Prioritizes production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials requirements.

Leads operational meetings; establish consistency in processes, and ensure alignment of tactical and/or strategic plans. Develops and tracks key organization performance metrics to meet or improve cycle time performance. Schedules and conducts milestone meetings.

Ensures timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction; acts as an interface in the establishment of and ensuring conformance to customer/vendor requirements; prepares detailed analysis of cost of quality opportunity and initiates corrective action.

Actively strives to prevent employee accidents and injuries. Responsible for ensuring and documenting that all department employees (including temporaries) receive and follow appropriate department training including Environmental, Health and Safety training. Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

HR

- Oversee and implement strategic manpower planning initiatives.

- Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and resignation procedures.

- Maintain staff and leave records.

- Process staff claims and handle benefits administration.

Finance

- Review monthly journals, provisions, and financial statements.
