Reporting to the MEP Construction Manager, the candidate will be accountable for insuring the Mechanical Subcontractors perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents.  This role is focused on managing the Mechanical Subcontractor field installation details for a large complex data center project, having stringent technical requirements.  

It is expected the candidate will be a very detailed individual with extensive previous experience working as an Mechanical Site Manager or Construction Manager on data center projects.  There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work coordinating approved design documents and ensuring installed work in the field are in compliance with such documents.  The candidate must have excellent Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. team, subcontractors of all tiers, vendors and immediately establish trust and confidence in his/her ability. 

Job description:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, mechanical systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.

• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between Mechanical, Electrical and CSA subcontractors during construction.

• Log and post all mechanical changes and as-built information on field drawings. Provide such information to VDC team so such information can be incorporated into the final virtual model.

• Direct, monitor and control the activities of the Mechanical Subcontractor.

•  Interface with the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) manager for all client provided equipment.

• Liaison with the MEP engineering consultant, supervisory engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff

• Implement the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. cloud based QA/QC program for the mechanical scope of work.

• Ensure that Mechanical Subcontractors adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.

• Assist in the testing and commissioning of mechanical equipment

Primary responsibilities:

• Sales Pipeline Tracking and Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it aligns with our commercial goals. Regularly monitor and manage sales progress and outcomes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the sales process. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
• Training and Education of VAS Specialist and Generalist sellers: Partner with functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that not only enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams but also instill a deep understanding of our commercial objectives. • Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Provide key insights on product utilization, client demographics, sales trends, and potential growth opportunities.

What a Sr Consultant, CS Onboarding & Advisory Services does at Visa: 

CS Onboarding & Advisory Services is a team of specialized project and program managers providing high touch support for strategic projects and non-routine client requested initiatives which would benefit from Visa technical expertise.

This position serves as Visa Project Manager (PM) for implementation services provided to Clients with specific focus on new client onboarding (including fintechs), strategic, multi-market and multi-solution and multi-phased projects. Depending on the complexity of the project, the PM may perform an additional role of an Advisor and deliver consultancy services to the client.

This is an individual contributor responsible for high-touch delivery while solving complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. This role serves as a critical touchpoint with Visa Clients, to ensure the implementation is executed successfully with a Go Live objective.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Lead and execute Visa client projects across new client onboarding and strategic client projects to ensure customer expectations are exceeded while maximising Visa Solution adoption and implementation in parallel to product developments and a changing landscape 
• Drive pre-sale discussion, dealmaking and pitching activities to deliver technical advisory services on deep dive topics to solve clients’ technical and operational challenges
• Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup requirements to implement Visa products and services to support the business and formulate implementation solutions 
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, risk/mitigation plans, status reports, and issues logs to enhance internal and external communications
• Gather and document project requirements while providing client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features and functionality

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Clinical Board:

• Provide secretariat support for Clinical Board meetings.
• Compile papers and presentations for circulation to members.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
• Submit minutes for review, amendment, and approval.
• Maintain a register of outstanding matters and engage stakeholders to ensure actions are taken.

Strategic Committees:

Project Management:
