• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organization’s financial transactions

2. Perform Tax Computations

• Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization
• Calculate taxable income and the income tax liabilities of the organization
• Provide accurate and timely tax and financial reports to the relevant authorities

3. Support Strategic Planning Initiatives

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Compute the valuation of business and financial assets using different models

4. Support Working Capital Management

• Manage accounts payable and receivables to help the organization determine working capital needs and funding strategies
• Calculate the cost of different types of capital financial instruments and the overall costs of capital for the organization
• Provide data in relation to assets, capital rationing, and cost of capital

5. Support Internal & External Audit Activities

• Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process
• Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings
• Implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls to prevent possible fraud and errors
• Resolve issues and deficiencies arising from audit findings

6. Process Business Transactions & Reports using Information Technology Tools

• Operate accounting information systems efficiently and effectively
• Extract data and provide analysis for management using MYOB software

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree specializing in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Strong business acumen and innovation
• Outstanding leadership with strong energy level, and enthusiasm drive change and have impact

Experiences:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in Construction & Building Development is preferred
• Experience in MYOB is preferred

Responsibilities:

· On-site service as Service Engineer

· Attend to any technical complaints and application questions from customers

· To report to Service Dept for any unresolved issues and pending matters.

· Maintenance, Repair and Servicing.

· Able to fault finding and troubleshoot machine issues independently

Responsibilities:

The Business Process Manager is part of the global Process Management team. The team plays a pivotal role in enabling and supporting ASM’s growth ambition for the coming years.

Key role of the Process Management team is to support process owners and process experts to define, maintain and improve their processes, including roles & responsibilities, key process metrics an end-to-end integration.

Your key focus areas are:

• Train, coach and assist process experts and other stakeholders in building and refining their processes in BPMN;
• Assist process experts and other stakeholders in identification and operationalization of KPIs of their processes to drive continuous improvement;
• Support maintenance of the process management framework elements such as process taxonomy (APQC), modeling style guide, etc.;
• Work together with other specialists in Process Mining, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence Analytics, Automation and Change Management to identify and realize process improvements;
• Be an active role model in a global ASM community to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

As Business Process Manager you are proactive and execute with pace, elegance, and urgency. It is key that you can quickly build trust and rapport with various stakeholders, combined with excellent communication skills.

Further you will have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, in the domains of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Process Management and/or Change Management;
• Academic level (Minimum a Bachelor's or Master’s degree), Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification;
• Proven experience with process improvement and -design, preferably engineering-, manufacturing- and supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN, Process Mining and Master Data Management;
• Good business acumen, experience in a supporting role, for example advising business leaders and global process owners;
• Strong analytical, planning and organization skills, ability to thrive despite uncertainty and a changing environment;
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing) with the ability to influence across a global organization within a diverse and multicultural environment.
