Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee & manage day-to-day operations, including FOH and BOH
• Preserve and upholding excellent levels of customer service
• Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with SFA regulations

Job Scope:

• To provide operations support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.

• Involve in ad-hoc projects and initiatives. Able to work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver projects and initiatives within agreed SLA.
• Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.

• Manage backlog & stakeholder, clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross functional team to deliver together
