Milestone Systems is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll take charge of a portfolio of large, active end customer accounts, leveraging your expertise to maintain relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.

As the Key Account Manager for Asia, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Account Planning: Identify focus accounts, key stakeholders, and develop strategic plans.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive business development plans with tech partners & Marketing. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align partner activities with overarching company goals.
• Follow up on leads and hunt for new opportunities.
• Diagnose business issues and position our solution capabilities.
• Coordinate proof of concept and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the competitive environment.
• Given the regional scope of the role, frequent travel throughout Asia is expected to meet with key accounts, attend industry events, etc.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree and above in Business-related studies or equivalent experience operating at a strategic level.
• Over a decade of sales experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
• Proven track record of successfully selling technical solutions, making complex concepts accessible to clients.
• Familiarity with relevant industry sectors, providing a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
• Excellence in managing large enterprise accounts, consistently delivering value, and exceeding expectations.

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the restaurant.
• To provide and ensure operating standards are according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department.
• Daily roll-call with the service team to drive operations effectiveness, cleanliness of the restaurant, accurate food order taking, servicing the customer, promotions etc.
• Event planning and execution, work closely with kitchen crew to ensure food order is accurate and prompt during events service to ensure consistent exceeding of established standards and guest’s expectation.
• Attention to details, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team. High emphasis of customer service and management.
• To be knowledgeable in all service techniques and actively seek guest feedback and responding service issues accurately and efficiently in professional manner with a suitable service recovery.

• Ensure operational profitability, suggest and recommend improvements to achieve better sales target.

Job Requirements:
