Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain an inviting atmosphere, ensuring the space reflects the company’s brand and product aesthetics.
• Assist with visual merchandising to showcase products effectively.
• Welcome and greet all guests upon arrival at the showroom, offering a warm, professional, and personalized service.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate client appointments, ensuring that the calendar is well-organized, and appointments are attended to promptly.
• Follow up on customer inquiries (via phone, email, or in-person) to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining sales reports, and processing invoices
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Administrative or Showroom Management ideally in the interior design or home décor industry will be advantageous
• Knowledge in MS Office will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of products and supplier documentation.
• Manage post-sales contact for project order status inquiries and maintain customer relationships in Asia market.
• Monitor supplier performance and expedite to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure suppliers meet product specs and packaging requirements. Assist in resolving non-conformance issues.
• Work with internal teams to ensure suppliers comply with purchase order terms.
• Keep suppliers informed and provide updates on progress, milestones, and delivery schedules.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chian Logistics
• Min 2 - 3 years’ experience in oil & gas, chemical or industrial plants.
• Experience in Order processing, supply and delivery
• Able to read simple PO, technical specifications and data requirements.
• Knowledge in shipment incoterms and facilitating process will be added bonus
