• Focus on maximizing profitability by prioritizing revenue growth (turnover and covers) and controlling costs.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Regularly assess and enhance overall restaurant performance through cost analysis and process improvements.
• Ensure food safety and operational standards are upheld, creating a safe and comfortable environment for customers.
• Meet customer needs by delivering prompt, professional service and handling service issues tactfully and diplomatically.
• Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency, supporting the organization’s service culture to boost customer satisfaction.
• Manage labor costs through effective scheduling and staff leave management.
• Play an active role in recruitment by identifying and selecting candidates for junior roles.
• Provide staff counseling and recommend disciplinary actions, including termination, when necessary.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and service staff to optimize workforce efficiency.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to restaurant operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Area Manager.

Job Specifications:

• At least 6 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage service teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong guest relationships.
• Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
