• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and campaign management with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms and best practices

• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and social media advertising (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Experience managing PPC, SEO and Email marketing campaigns and optimizing landing pages plus user funnels

Key Accountabilities

• Take the lead with digital ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage audiences and generate consumer sales through multiple digital (social and search) channels.

• Deliver timely campaigns throughout the year that are aligned with business objectives and product launches / enhancements, as well as continue building the PIF brand story.

• Lead the wider product and marketing team in brainstorming ideas to create original, thought-provoking, and creative content to be used across paid marketing channels.

• Drive the day-to-day digital media operations including campaign set-up and optimisation to maximise engagement, conversion rate and overall ROI

• Communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders and make proactive recommendations for creative enhancements and optimisation of homepages, landing pages and user funnels.

• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies and campaigns, bringing out the talent of peers through facilitated digital marketing workshops.

• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

• Develop omni channel programs (email/push/in-app/media) delivering segmented notifications that are proven by both quantitative and qualitative measurements.

• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

• Develop joint marketing plans and initiatives with digital partners (B2B / B2C) and alliances with regional objectives to achieve business and revenue growth targets
