Deliver and help to develop financial modelling services/training courses across the Asia Pacific region. This role is part of the global financial modelling community, collaborating with teams from Sydney, London, Paris, Toronto, New York and Delhi on quality and course development. • Manage staff data and information
• Manage the administrative aspects of staff incidents and insurance claims.
• Oversee the administration of engagement of Relief Teachers, instructors.
• Conduct induction for new staff and relevant staff briefings on finance and admin matters.
• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer.

• Degree in any relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant management/finance/procurement/operational/leadership experience will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and work well in teams.
• Good organisational and people management skills
• Exposure in community care sector is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Support the senior management team in developing brand strategies that elevate the RWS brand portfolio, master brand and vertical brands, including defining brand positioning and crafting narratives that play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and business growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to translate the brand positioning into immersive, sensory experiences that create value for our customers and increase brand affinity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, stakeholders and vendors to execute brand experiences and activations.
• Research and analyse emerging market trends – translate them into actionable insights and seek out new growth opportunities.
• Translate commercial ideas and concepts into impactful and persuasive business presentations with compelling storytelling content, with the objective of forging new partnerships and enhancing stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in brand management, brand development, customer journey mapping, or marketing communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to write/edit both short- and long-form content in a variety of styles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment, with an eye for detail.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to develop on-brand experiences and activations.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, from ideation through to execution.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be a plus.
• Knowledge in working with Adobe Creative Suites would be a plus.
