KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Business Development:

- Possess solid business development skills and investors network (high net worth accredited investors, family offices or institutional investors) with AUM of at least SGD30mio in the first year.

2) Client Service:

- Acts as the main point of contact for fund management product investors and provide a high level of consultative client service.

- Builds and deepens client relationship by proactively monitoring client’s portfolio.

3) Compliance:

- Ensures all documentation is up to date, complete and in compliance with all policies, regulations, laws and procedures.

- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fund policies.

4) Ad Hoc Projects:

- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the broader objectives of the firm.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Requires 5-10 years minimum prior relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of investment products and services for the high net worth / family offices and institutional market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak, read and write Chinese preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Determine the expenses of ship repairs, estimates, subcontracts, procurements, and costing.
• Cultivate and build positive relationships with ship owners and customers.
• Oversee and collaborate with the operations team.

• Oversee the scope of work, project timeline, and tender documents for repairs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture.
• With 9-12 years of experience in commercial costing in Marine Industry for Ship Repairs.

Position Overview

The Assistant Conference Service Manager performs key functions of handling events and customer service, bookings of all types of catering business from various sources of leads and administration. He/She is the point of contact for coordinating events of all types from start to finish while keeping the customers and operation in mind by maximizing space.

The Role

A. Create Sales Opportunities

1. Manage sales channels to optimize sales
2. Participate in relevant industry events, trade exhibitions and sales trips for networking and lead generation

B. Manage Sales Activities to Achieve Sales

1. Conduct hotel inspections for clients
2. Prepare Banquet Event Order (BEO) accurately and distributed in a timely manner to all departments
3. Handles and responds to escalated guest and/or customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner

C. Manage Client Relationships

1. Collaborate with Banquet Operation Team, EAM of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef to meet guests' and/or customers' requirements in the sales contracts.
2. Develop Banquet Event Order (BEO) for guests' and/or customers' requests that deviate from signed sales contracts.

D. Manage Finance and Report Management

1. Meet or exceed individual and group catering sales target that is set by the management.
2. To ensure that deposit for every event is collected
3. To assist clients to apply for credit facility with the hotel. If credit is not established, ensure that all payment must be collected immediately after the event
4. Track loss business and reasons and update in the Opera S&C

Talent Profile

1. Diploma in Hospitality Management
2. Minimum of 1 years' experience working in the same capacity for an upscale hotel
3. Knowledge in Microsoft Office including words, excel, power point
4. Knowledge in Opera Sales & Catering
5. Basic knowledge of AV equipment
6. Knowledge of food and beverage menus, food preparation and presentation

Job Details

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week

Work Type: 11-Month Contract, subject to further extension

Salary: Up to $ 5,475 per month

What you will be working on?

The Contact Centre Support Manager will oversee collaboration with the selected contact centre vendor to ensure a seamless transition to a digital contact centre. The responsibilities of the Contact Centre Support Manager include:

• Monitoring project milestones and facilitating the completion of tasks to meet timelines.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs are met.
• Monitoring the performance of the contact centre vendor from the contract effective date and identifying areas for the vendor to address for improvement.
• Ensuring that the vendor delivers in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Coordinating and providing support to project stakeholders for technology implementation (e.g., Salesforce, Talkbot, Email Bot, Knowledge Management System) for the Contact Centre.
