Role Description of Accounting and Tax Manager

• Conduct comprehensive review of accounting records for the both local and overseas entities.
• Generate monthly performance reports for the Abu Dhabi and London offices.
• Collaborate with auditors to review financial statements for quarterly and year-end audits.
• Manage and submit GTP (Global Tax Planning) reports to the IE (Internal Entity).
• Develop accounting agendas and presentations for quarterly board meetings.
• Analyze and oversee actual CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure) to ensure accurate cost allocation to each Trading Book.
• Manage the yearly Transfer Pricing Document.
• Prepare and submit GST (Goods and Services Tax) submissions, and oversee GST matters including implementation in other entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting and Tax matter, from Oil & Gas or relevant industry
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis, manage forward curve, and track market trends through research, providing periodic reports to corporate management.
• Establish deal structures and objectives for different time frames based on the authority and mandates of corporate management.
• Build and oversee a trading team consisting of traders, analysts, and commercial operators to execute LNG and gas strategies.
• Cover markets starting from Asia Pacific and expand to the west of the Suez Canal as required.
• Provide leadership and oversight in analyzing market trends, technical and sentiment attributes, and develop profitable trading strategies accordingly.
• Originate and recommend short-term/spot LNG commercial transactions for execution.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with third-party customers in the region to identify profitable trading and optimization opportunities for LNG deals.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Business Finance, Chemical Engineering, or possess equivalent experience.
• Critical success factor: Experience in building an LNG Trading Desk.
• Possess at least 20 years of experience in management roles within an energy trading firm, with a proven track record in team management and P&L responsibility, including 15 years of relevant experience in LNG trading operations.
• Strong knowledge and network in the energy industry, familiarity with international trading business, and understanding of the global petrochemical industry, including expertise in long-term contract negotiation and operations.
• In-depth experience in paper trade and dealing with futures and OTC instruments for such transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to market changes.
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Persistent and skilled negotiator.

BIM Manager shall have a broad range of responsibilities, but will primarily be concerned with:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Understanding in C&S, Mechanical, process or electrical, instrumentation, control and automation discipline drawings.
• Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are accurate and that the level of information is fit for purpose.
• Identifying and documenting multidisplinary clashes using clash detection software (Navisworks).
• Creating, recording and monitoring the shared data and relationships between models, for example grids, floor levels and shared project coordinates.
• Following and enforcing the mandated BIM Collaboration Procedures in the BIM Execution Plan.
• Follow-up on the BIM workflow and ensuring that any potential issues are dealt with effectively.
• Candidate shall have minimum of 15 years’ experience in the process design of water / wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial) with the following attributes:

Qualifications required

• Minimum 8 years production experience in BIM design, modelling and drafting environment with relevant certification/Diploma.
• To have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Naviswork etc.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
• Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued improvement in BIM.
• Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
