We are dedicated to equipping individuals with the skills needed for independent living and social integration, promoting an enhanced quality of life. Funded by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth, and Sports (MCYS), Metta Home accommodates 103 residents, while the Day Activity Centre provides care for up to 50 beneficiaries.

Our multidisciplinary team, including social workers, nurses, and training officers, provides holistic care to ensure well-rounded support and works closely with primary caregivers.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) to oversee the daily operations of Metta Home for the Disabled. The ideal candidate should have experience in a home setting working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, or possess a degree/master's in psychology, and have a strong background in operational management. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining facilities, managing the operational team, and delivering high-quality services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Ensure seamless daily office operations and effective facilities management.
• Oversee the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and all operational processes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and service standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively, ensuring continuous improvement.
