Job Description

• Fund Management & Operations:Oversee the overall operations and strategy execution of the fund, ensuring alignment with the investment objectives and financial targets.
  Monitor asset performance, optimising portfolio value across all stages of investment.
  Manage daily operations, including documenting investment strategies and operational processes for acquisitions, divestments and the overall venture.
  
• Investment Evaluations & Proposals:Identify and assess potential investment opportunities through detailed research, due diligence and market analysis.
  Prepare comprehensive investment proposals for senior management and advisory committees.
  
• Business Plans & Reporting:Develop and maintain business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for the portfolio.
  Produce regular investor reports, including financial statements, quarterly/annual updates and business summaries.
  Manage investor communications, ensuring timely delivery of key information and performance insights.
  
• Stakeholder & External Relations:Coordinate with external consultants, investors and business partners to facilitate seamless operations and secure approvals.
  Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present reports for investment and divestment decisions.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience, ideally within real estate funds or asset management.
• Proven expertise in investment transactions, valuations and portfolio management.
• Experience in development assets and familiarity with Southeast Asian markets preferred, but not essential.
• Strong background in sourcing, negotiating and evaluating debt financing options is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategic recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
• Self-driven, independent and results-oriented, with a strong ability to manage complex projects and deliver under pressure.
