The Regional Assistant Retail Education Manager plays a key role in driving and animating the Makeup category, digital and client experience education strategy in Travel Retail Asia Pacific (TR APAC). • Be the voice of Travel Retail APAC for Makeup Education
• Adapt and transmit centrally-created Makeup training modules and tools for TR APAC, collaborating with Regional Makeup Marketing and each market’s Training Managers (TM) on needs and strategy. 
• Deliver Train-the-trainer to TMs on key makeup modules including novelties, integration, professionalization, and specialization level.
