Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Qualifications:

•Expertise in infrastructure design, implementation, and management on AWS, using IaC principles to ensure automation, reproducibility, and reliability.

•Expert knowledge of GitOps and CI/CD tools.

•Proven experience in designing and implementing deployment models for artifact promotion, including blue-green deployments and canary deployments.

•Experience with infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

•Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix/Docker/K8S systems administration

•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
