Your Mission

This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and providing excellent service to our employees. Additionally, the incumbent will manage employee insurance and benefits programs to ensure comprehensive coverage and support for all staff.

What To Expect

• Accurately process end-to-end payroll for all employees, including calculations, deductions, and payments.
• Handle monthly CPF contributions, income tax submissions, and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.

What You'll Bring

Responsibilities

1. Seek and interpret inputs from across the organization to build a demand plan that will drive operational activity in line with the business objectives.

2. Manage the production plan and process operation in the plant.

8. Where required, participate in regional S&OP meetings. This will include providing reports on plans, inventory/capacity outlook, actions associated with product transitions and new product introductions. The aim is to use the meeting to communicate the demand plan and seek input and validation.

9. Collaborate with planners in one’s own region and other regions to ensure coordination of material requirements and shared global resources (such as plant capacity) and develop best practice procedures.

10. Be aware of, and support where necessary, other Supply operations within the region to ensure that Planning activities are aligned with Logistics and Procurement objectives.

11. Support Inventory and other ad-hoc reporting for both Demand and Supply Planning.

12. Support company quality and safety systems through day-to-day activities and via formal feedback mechanism.

Your Job
You will provide support to Manufacturing Integration Engineering (MIE) team.

Our Team
The team works with:

• Internal customers - All functional dept in within Molex.
• External customers - Vendors, suppliers, subcons.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate sample run and product modification sample run request:

1. Includes completing the entire process; preparing documentations, monitoring, tracking and keeping a good record. Courier samples to customers/packing/ store in system and making billing/payment arrangement month-end.
2. Generate reports for sample run costing, packaging tooling records, etc.
3. Manage product drop test process, work with design center and develop packaging, run new samples and co-ordinate with purchasing, process and QA for drop test completion.

• Manage billing/payment arrangements:

1. Includes raising Purchase Requisition through SAP. Tracking of relevant approval Purchase Requisition/ issuance of Purchase Order / monitor process of invoices / Filling.

• Manage Bill of Materials request (ability to read engineering drawing).
• Manage tooling purchase/general purchase requisition.
• Manage courier services, logistic arrangement request.
• Includes clerical support for MIE team.
• Support Purchasing Requisition/ Purchase Order/ Purchase Change request.
• Maintain storage location tidiness with MIE Engineers.
• Any other task assigned.

• 1 to 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge of MS-Office/ Excel. Full of initiatives, independent and responsible, with a teamwork spirit.

Summary

To ensure complete customer satisfaction with PerkinElmer by providing first level non-technical and basic technical support to customers contacting OneSource Support Services.

Key Accountabilities

Identify & Respond to Customer Inquiries:

• Acknowledge the customer, determine the nature of the call and provide a customer focused first point of contact to answer customer inquiries, establish service calls, or refer customers to other service professionals within PerkinElmer in a way that demonstrates a commitment to total customer satisfaction.
• Initiate outgoing calls focused on requesting and expediting requests for service and scheduling of activities with other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Third-Party Vendors (TPV).
• Contact and negotiate the Enterprise Purchasing of all contract and Spot Buy Purchase Orders on a daily basis.

General Customer Inquiries:

• As necessary, refer customer to the correct internal professional to ensure the most effective escalation, transfer or reassignment path, achieving resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Channel product sales inquiries to the appropriate sales/service leader.
• Provide back up support for team members assigned to other customers.

Service Scheduling and Processing:

• Monitor & respond to customer requests, ensuring response times are within the requirements identified in the customer Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement.
• Process requests for equipment service, confirming equipment coverage and service provider, identifying events which will be billable to the customer. Obtain customer purchase orders for billable events before work is started.
• Review and schedule preventive maintenance and other scheduled compliance activities (OQ, PQ and validation) and assign to PerkinElmer engineer, OEM or TPV, working to schedule out 60-90 days in advance of required event.
• Follow up on service events to confirm the event has been completed and the customer is satisfied.
• Move the Basic start date to reflect service dates which have been moved to a future date.
• Utilize SAP, Service Max and/or customer’s system of record, if required, to capture pertinent detail regarding the event.
• Complete follow-up transactions in an organized, detailed, efficient manner, meeting deadlines. Data entry is accurate and errors minimal.
• Collect required customer data and information for account creation and maintenance, equipment adds to the program, deletes from the program, or entitlement changes. Submit via portal for processing.

Purchase Req and PO Creation:

• Obtain required documentation and approval prior to creation of Purchase Requisitions for service requests to be completed by non-PerkinElmer suppliers.
• Identify Customer’s instrument/system-based or technical need & ensure that required documentation is secured prior to purchase requisition release.
• Negotiate and contact vendors for Service, pricing and discounts, according to discount matrix.
• Identify vendor /OEM contract up for renewal, 90 days before renewal
• Work with service delivery team to ensure service delivery goals are met for cost savings, cost avoidance and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Assist with vendor satisfaction surveys; provide results to service leadership, service provider and customer where appropriate.

Out of Scope Charges:

• Run required reports to identify service events which require charge back to the customer.
• Complete the chargeback process, obtaining customer approvals where required, in advance of PKI customer invoicing.
• Maintain surveillance and escalate to service leadership any instances where billing cannot occur due to pending customer approval or funding issues.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline, or 2 years of experience in a team-based customer service environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually; organized with great time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency using software for word processing, email, order entry, and others as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, Service Max and Maximo experience desirable.
• Self-motivated individual with strong follow-up skills

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Responsible for all production and related compliance documentation

· Conduct deviation investigation on batch non-conformabilities and manufacturing failures

· Write detail technical investigation reports with thorough root cause analysis and robust CAPA.

· Implement checks to ensure CAPA effectiveness

· To identify and correct all forms of potential recurring quality issue.

· Work with Quality team on investigation of all market customer complaints

· Communicate and train manufacturing teams to eliminate deviations caused by human errors

· Close engagement with shopfloor technicians to understand daily manufacturing progress and issues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· Education Level – Degree holder in Pharmacy, life science or Engineering

· Minimum 3 years relevant experience with pharmaceutical companies. Preferably in a Quality function and a Singapore registered Pharmacist.

· Strong GMP experience: Having already participated and managed audits of external agencies (USFDA, MHRA etc)

The Technical Operations Specialist is responsible to perform Manufacturing operational readiness activities which include, but not limited to, temporary Change Requests, SOPs, pre-campaign trainings and other associated tasks that are required prior to and during process campaigns. The Technical Operations Specialist is also involved in driving continuous improvement initiatives within Manufacturing.

The individual should have excellent communication skills and should be able to demonstrate agility with changing priorities on deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete temporary Change Requests along with corresponding redlining of batch records prior to the start of a required process run.
• Responsible for creation and revision of Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other associated documents such as Performance Measures (PMs) etc.
• Create pre-campaign training package prior to upcoming campaign for operation related learnings from previous campaigns.
• Participate or Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to Manufacturing.
• Manage the execution of any other operational activities such as CAPAs, change request tasks, draft protocols for wet test execution, CSCC initiation etc. as assigned.
• Support with other activities such as defective material inspection and audit support.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally to drive assigned tasks to completions.
• Manage existing systems to track status of existing tasks such as SOP revisions, CAPAs/Change Requests to ensure timely closure.
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate tangible initiatives within Manufacturing leading to business aligned benefits.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of Tech Ops Team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by your Lead/ Manager.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Biochemical) or Science (Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Microbiology) related disciplines preferred.
• Knowledge of Engineering and Biopharmaceutical processing.
• Familiarity with FDA & EMA GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills – Clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders, effective communication of change management.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Able to lead and effectively facilitate projects with cross-functional department involvement.
• Track record in completing projects under tight timelines.
