Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy data tables, views, and marts in data warehouses, operational data stores, data lakes, and data virtualization platforms.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and flow, including web scraping as required.
• Build, launch, and maintain efficient, reliable large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines using data processing frameworks.
• Integrate and consolidate data silos in a scalable and compliant manner.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Strong database design skills and experience with various databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with big data frameworks and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Knowledge of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

• Leadership experience in data engineering projects.

• Familiarity with Atlassian products, Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, design thinking, and workshop facilitation is advantageous.

• Same as Associate Consultant, with additional experience in managing complex system monitoring and problem resolution.
• Strong analytical skills to assess operational and system behaviors.
• Demonstrated ability to suggest and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Same as Associate Consultant, but with an increased level of responsibility in managing project schedules and stakeholder expectations.
• Take a leadership role in guiding the development team and stakeholders through product design, testing, and implementation processes.

• Proven experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Extreme Programming) and UX development environments.

• Advanced communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and teams.
• Proficient in Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, and BPM modeling techniques.
• Certification as Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale product development projects, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and effectively communicated to stakeholders and development teams.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, working closely with the Product Owner, UX designers, and development teams.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and product development activities, driving continuous improvements in both processes and outcomes.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, working with business users to ensure that the final product meets their expectations and requirements.
• Take the lead in scope management, issue resolution, and project reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive business process changes, identify gaps, and ensure that changes are incorporated into the product design and implementation.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of the Product Backlog and Project RAID Log.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• More than 5 years of experience in business analysis or product management in software development projects.
• Deep experience with Agile project methodologies, UX design processes, and large-scale business system implementations.
• Proven track record in leading product development teams and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence decision-making.
• Expert-level proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and BPM modeling techniques.
• Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional is highly desirable.
