1. Role Description

Attachment / Traineeship Description:

Essence of the role

We are currently looking for a Social Media Strategist with experience in a wide variety of digital marketing technology tools (e.g. social media mgmt. content mgmt system, analytics (google/analytics) with good understanding of tools available in the market

As our social media strategist, you will manage lookt to work with our marketing team to manage our Social Media presence from planning through delivery.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

• Manage our online social media presence for our interior design and cleaning business

• Work with the directors and marketing manager as the subject matter expert for digital marketing

• Proactively take on responsibility and work on how to improve digital capacity and capability through digital marketing tools

• Lead project in staring our digital marketing campaign, social media campaigns and SEO strategy

• Expand the brand presence of the company increasing brand awareness and strengthen brand loyalty

• Define marketing strategy and develop highly engaging, strategically focused campaigns and content to drive traffic to and revenue on our website.

• Drive strategic development of our site's journey planning, audience segmentation, marketing technology stack, media planning and buying strategies, and reporting and analytics

• Develop marketing success criteria, with tracking & readout against goals done on a weekly basis. Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics

• Ensure project delivery is in line with requirements, guideline and vision of the team.

3. Competencies
To be successful in this role you are someone who takes pride in being organized and reliable, who is self-managed and able to prioritize tasks and respecting strict deadlines with thoroughness. Furthermore, you are able to maintain and act on both long-term projects and short-term tasks.

• Experience in digital market strategy, campaigns & driving result

• Graphic design skills, Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or any other graphics manipulation software)

• Ideally experience of starting a new social media page from scratch and with results to show.

• Have some form of experience with Interior Design & Residential Cleaning

• Able to review and identify gaps in marketing strategy for improvement

• Prior experience in consulting for digital marketing will be desirable

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools

• Experience in Google Analytics

• Able to work in fast paced environment.

We are looking for an Event Project Manager who will be responsible for making sure that Event Organizers have a smooth experience using GEVME throughout the entire journey of their virtual events.
