Main purpose of the job  

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Marketing Communications is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving new businesses as well as account extension businesses of existing clients within the Assigned Segments, from lead generation through to close.

Main responsibility is to aggressively drive new and account extension businesses for the Singapore market through the development of sales strategies and tactical execution of action plans in order to meet the monthly, quarterly, and yearly allocated sales targets.

About the Role:

• Compile and maintain record of Urban Redevelopment Agency Approval approved use and registered unit numbers of the lettable premises. Assist with the change of use and unit number registration as an when required by the authority.

• For tenanted premises without direct utilities meters, provide utilities meter readings to the Authority for purpose of billing tenants
• Ensure the tenants provide 'as built' fitting out plans on Architectural, Air conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation System and Exhaust System. Plumbing and Sanitary Plans and Structural Plans and certified true copies of such fitting out plans approved by the relevant authorities.
• Conduct inspection to ensure tenants renovation works are done is in accordance with the endorsed fit out plan before business commencement. If there is any deviation, advise Tenants/Licensee on rectification and/or resubmission of plans.
• Conduct monthly checks to ensure Tenants/Licensee do not engage or carry out any authorized activities.
• Report any incident or non-compliance by Tenants/Licensee to the Authority immediately and work with Tenants/Licensee and stakeholders to resolve any breach or maintenance issue.

THE ROLE

The incumbent's main responsible in leading successful marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

This role will be working closely with merchandising team, ops team and area managers to ensure seamless & efficient communications as well as support operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

• Build, lead and set priorities/ direction for the Marketing Communication Division
• Review company's brand positioning to strengthen brand presence and customer's relationship
• Monitor store outlets and competitor's presence to improve company's marketing performance
• Strategize and execute annual marketing strategy, budget and deliverables
• Manage Advertising and Promotions calendar and day to day in-house production activities.
• Provide art direction, copy-write and proof read all marketing collateral
• Manage and integrate marketing mix, above and below-the-line advertising and promotions
• Digital marketing and social media management
• Render support to Sales and Operations Department to generate ROI
• Ensure corporate identity guidelines of the brand across all areas of marketing communications are adhered to
• Establish and liaise with external vendors: suppliers, contractors, partners, advertising, media buying and event agencies
• Generate marketing reports for management to review
• Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Management

Sales

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives
• Oversee the strategizing, execution, and refinement of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Set direction, review progress and making mid-course corrections

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/International Marketing
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level Hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, and able to multitask.
• Well verse in strategic planning, managing, and executing marketing projects or campaigns

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager as a 1-year contract employment. This role can be subjected to extension, depending on the performance of the individual.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Oversee the admin processes - ensuring project collaboration memorandums (PCMs), budgets, reports, compliance, billings are in order;
• Ensure our product managers are pricing our products properly when we work with finance;
• Put in place processes that ensure our helpdesks are functional, our onboarding process is smooth, and our sales funnel is functional;
• Ensure our product metrics are correct and are continuously monitored and tracked. This includes the preparation of all procurement deliverables for each procurement project assigned;
• Manage and execute the procurement of ICT systems, goods and services in a timely manner;
• Provide business perspective in product teams;
• Understand the government procurement policy and advise product teams on meeting such policies while enabling product needs to be met;
• Review proposals from suppliers;
• Review, clarify and negotiate business requirements with suppliers;
• Perform billing governance and operations to ensure business sustainability and adequate cashflow;
• Interact closely and partner with the business units to provide billing support and analysis;
• Handle month/year-end closing of billing and accruals;
• Ensure billing functions are executed within the stipulated deadlines or/and tender specifications;
• Engage vendors in relation to billing matters such billing disputes and draw up the billing framework for vendors’ compliance;
• Work with auditors and awarded vendors on vendor’s billing audit matters;
• Use of billing templates and validation tools to ensure billing governance and processes are adhered to;
• Drive innovation on work processes;
• Monitor and track project expenses and timeline; and
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Be familiar with Government IM on Procurement;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in both procurement and billing;
• Good knowledge of government infocomm environment;
• Good knowledge of ICT procurement and contract management practices;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
• Team player and self-motivated;
• Able to consolidate multiple streams of information into a cohesive whole;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken; and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The Role

The Campaigns Manager will support campaign initiatives in line with our client’s requirement whilst still maintaining Supermom’s identity. In this role, you will work with a team to help to raise awareness of our clients, their brands, drive sales, help customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives and strategies that we will strategically deploy through Supermom as a platform. 

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives: 

Roles and responsibilities: 

-        Strategise , create and execute multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and direct marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc

-        Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns

-        Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them

-        Constantly monitor performance across multiple campaigns, and be agile in moving resources across campaigns or changing creatives/channels as needed, understanding drop-out points throughout the journey and troubleshoot accordingly, ultimately ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and spend is within budget

-        Drive more sophistication in source attribution and performance measurement through learnings and analysis 

-        Understand our target audiences' behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell

-        Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins

-        Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment

-        Responsible for timely billing of clients

-        Interact directly with clients for day-to-day operations, building positive relationships with them to facilitate renewal or other business opportunities. 

-        Work cross-functionally with various departments within the supermom brand.

Expectations:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
• Minimum 2 years' experience in people management
• Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes 
• Hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing is a big plus
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, GA4 and Meta Marketing.
• Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
• Agile when solving a range of implementation or operational issues
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues and stakeholders
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Proficient in written and spoken English
