• This role is responsible for defining and delivering integrated marketing strategies and campaigns within Corporate & Investment Bank. The individual will develop marketing strategies to support global business strategy and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business and market dynamics, as well a client needs and insights. RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• Lead and deliver integrated marketing strategies and campaign to support the Global Corporate Coverage business working in partnership with countries, clusters and product marketing.
• Working closely with business leads to ensure marketing plans are supporting commercial opportunities and effectively position the Bank, our products and capabilities to the clients we serve, and the clients we aspire to bank.

About The Role

We are looking for a Partner Director to lead a team of Inside Channel Account Managers (ICAMs) for APJC. This role will be based out of Singapore and will report to the Vice President of Partner Sales, APJC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- In charge of Administration

- Management of promoting Japan as a tourism/MICE destination through online/offline campaigns and trade fairs to Singapore market

- Collecting and acquiring knowledge related to the market in charge, grasping issues, considering countermeasures

- Supporting Executive Director, assigning tasks to subordinates, and providing guidance to them

- Planning and implementing several projects for Singapore market

- Collecting and analyzing data & information about Singaporeans’ travel trend to Japan

- Other ad hoc duty will be assigned

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree and above required

- Full-time work

- Have business-level skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Have a practical experience and a knowledge of inbound tourism in Japan and management work in Japan

- Have a native-level Japanese language proficiency which is sufficient to communicate with relevant parties and laws, internal regulations, and other relevant parties in Japan

- Have a skills of conversational level English which is necessary to carry out work in Singapore- Have broad-range of knowledge about Japan and its tourist attractions based on your experience in Japan

- Have a responsibility and fairness as a person in charge of office administrative work

- Always plan ahead, have accuracy of work, work promptly and have negotiation and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task and work as a team

The above duties and requirements are subject to change, including some supplemental additions to the above.

Monthly salary mentioned below includes the housing allowance which can be maximum $3,980.

Remuneration will be determined according to JNTO regulations.

HR Functions

• Collects, consolidates and prepares all local, regional and corporate HR reports and other reports for HR planning.
• Work in collaboration with business and regional HR team to identify training needs, recommends, develop and delivers appropriate management trainings.
• Review and improve the compensation policy to the specific situations of each company and market (e.g., Drives incentive schemes and improves existing).
• Monitor business process and secure the optimization of team’s resources and support the improvement of HR processes efficiency.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmarks competitiveness of compensation and benefits in the region, develop and review salary structure.
• Provides guidance, timeline and coordinates the roll-out of Annual Performance Review exercise.
• Accountable for all HR policies and procedures, ensuring that the policies & procedures are designed, reviewed, monitored and implemented successfully.
• Provide consultation and advice to management on HR issues.
• Responsible to drive the development and implementation of the HR Business Partnering in alignment with organization’s needs.
• Works with managers to monitor and manage employee relations issues.
• Collects employee opinions and acts as bridge of communication between management and employees.
• Support HR team executes company activities such as team building activities, in house bonding projects.

Talent Acquisition

• Develop, implement, maintain strategies and processes to meet current and future business hiring needs, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external candidates and stakeholders.
• Deliver key talent acquisition programs and initiatives in the region.
• Identify areas of opportunity and continuous improvement with a focus on experience and efficiency.
• Ensuring recruitment adheres to employment laws and regulations.
• Recruit talent and succession external pipelines for business-critical positions.
• Align with corporate talent acquisition on global frameworks, processes and tools.
• Coach hiring managers on the recruiting process, interview techniques, and selection criteria. Ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidate.
• Be a subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition team in terms of sourcing channels, special job media campaigns, advanced search capabilities, pipelines.
• Work collaboratively across HR teams to achieve high synergy in talent attraction and cultivation efforts.
• Enable process enhancements to create positive experience for candidates.
• Oversee team responsible for delivery against company’s staffing goals, from identification of talent, to attracting candidates, assessment, and onboarding.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years HR experience in management level, preferably in internet / ecommerce industry
• Hands-on experience on HR operations and management in Southeast Asia countries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associate
• Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational design, performance management, employment laws, employee relations and diversity etc.
• Being highly familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process and have a good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks, demonstrates the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
