Regional Marketing Director leads the strategies for PH/CVM assets in market and pipeline across Asia Pacific markets. 1. Disease Area Leadership and Strategic Planning

• Develop and deploy strategic business plans for the Asia Pacific region by effectively addressing regional and country specific needs to support patients and the marketplace

1. Policy implementation: Review and update policy on research security and collaborate with research units to implement related procedures and protocols.

The Consulting Director will be instrumental in leading and growing the firm while delivering exceptional client service with a particular focus on SAP services. The Director is expected to have extensive experience with SAP solutions and customer engagements and play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key advisor to senior client executives and decision-makers, providing strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA Assessments, Implementations and Application Management services.
• Manage revenue and consulting-led pipeline management with a strong emphasis on SAP services.
• Lead a matrix team of 10+ Consultants, fostering their professional development.
• Manage team utilisation and forecast, ensuring optimal resource allocation for various engagements.
• Lead the firm's development efforts and build a unique selling proposition (USP).
• Direct and oversee client engagements, consulting for large-scale complex and multiple SAP projects.

Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Consulting, with international onsite experience and a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Project management experience and stakeholder management skills, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and experience with S/4HANA migration.
• Knowledge of SAP licensing models.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Prior consistent track records of achieving revenue quotas.

OVERVIEW:

The Operations Director is overall responsible for overseeing the successful running of the Domestic / Cross Border Operations of the company, which includes Air and Ocean Freight operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

· Provide leadership & decision making to the operations departments

· Setting of goals & objectives for operations and product to achieve annual volume growth targets in conjunction with sales and participates in company marketing and sales efforts

· Manage the integration & implementation of new structures developed in operations

· Manage resources including tackling staff performance issues and identification of training needs, reviewing productivity and local recruitment

· Ensure all transports are carried out within predetermined cost and security standards and perform annual service and cost reviews to ensure we meet market requirements

· Ensure the operations departments adhere to all quality requirements e.g. operational compliance & certifications, ISO, Bizsafe Star, etc. and work with Finance to adhere to financial compliance requirements

· Prepare monthly reports relating to productivity, profitability, compliance etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· A Diploma / Advance Diploma / BSc. degree in business and supply chain preferred or their equivalent.

· 10+ years of air and ocean freight products

· Highly motivated leader who is assertive and adept at working in a competitive, challenging and fast-paced work environment

· Results oriented

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

· English advanced proficiency (written and speaking)

· Cargowise system, Advance Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
