RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live studio direct News & Current Affairs programmes in both automated and traditional galleries. Content is not limited to broadcast content. May be required to support digital from time to time.

Job Description:

• Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management and coordination.
• Screen and prioritize emails, correspondence, and phone calls, responding on behalf of the Director when necessary.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while considering cost-effective options.
• Assist in organizing internal and external events, conferences, and meetings, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.
• Conduct research, gather data, and compile information for various projects and presentations.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Assist in managing expenses, invoices, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Act as a liaison between the Director and other departments, teams, and external stakeholders.
• Handle personal errands and tasks as directed by the Director, contributing to a balanced work-life for the Director.

Job Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data analytics, or a related field (prefer university in top 100 QS World University Rankings).
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to anticipate the needs of the Director.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Job Roles & Responsibilities.

• Supervises and guides primary school students in their school homework, spelling and revision in at least three subjects (English/ Maths/ Science)
• Provides a positive, nurturing, safe & secure learning environment for students
• Maintains order in the classroom and ensure students' safety, welfare and security protocols are met at all times
• Conducts in-house enrichment classes and ensure lesson plans are delivered
• Marking of written work from enrichment programmes
• Maintains regular communication with parents on their children’s development
• Provides support in dismissal and any centre duties

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess at least a good GCE 'O' Levels, ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
• Candidates with a WSQ Student Care certification will have an advantage

• Some relevant experience such as student care/ tutoring, and certification in student care would be advantageous
• Keen to teach young children between the ages of 7-12

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage systems & data to support seniors' outreach and volunteers' operations, as well as to instill governance knowledge for all staff and upskill staff’s digitalisation skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the work processes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders and IT vendors on business requirements to prioritise and plan system enhancements to support operations.
• Plan and strategise the digitalisation of training roadmap of staff in phases.
• Ensure governance control measures are in place for operational process and system enhancements.
• Review and ensure system documentation are in place [such as functional specifications, user acceptance testing (UAT)] and systems are built correctly to fulfil business needs.
• Implement change management activities to all staff on the enhanced processes and systems.
• Lead the Quarterly Systems Champs Meeting and facilitate System Champs briefings on the new system functionalities and to obtain ground inputs for future system enhancements.
• Key contact for data-related matters and to work closely with Data Protection Secretariat to clarify and finalise data requests prior to approval of request(s).
• Develop and establish internal processes in compliance with regulatory, security and data protection guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 14 years of relevant experience with significant exposure to business process improvement and IT system enhancement work.
• Possess strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Good project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently.
• Able to demonstrate understanding of lean management or design thinking and translate streamlined processes into user-friendly system requirements.
• Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and managing individual differences.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt to complex and fast paced changes.
