5. Academic Support

• Provide support and assist students with academic enquiries.
• Prepare the daily classroom schedules on the display monitors and maintain the locations where classroom schedules are displayed.

• Assist in preparation of class lists.
• Manage students and teaching staff surveys including the creation of the surveys, results compilation and analysis.

Within CO+I, the Data Center Operational Readiness Team are responsible to support new sites and countries as they transition into our live operation and then provide support through constant operational evaluation for the lifecycle of the operation. Focus on customer experience through uptime, reliability, and availability of Microsoft’s cloud. Microsoft has a portfolio of data centres globally and the Operational Readiness Team is looking to fill the vital PM role across our Site Transition and Continuous programs.

Responsibilities

• Align with Microsoft’s culture, objectives and operational standards.
• Deliver a best-in-class, objective and impartial evaluation program monitoring Microsoft’s Data Centres infrastructure, operational capabilities and performance against our standards, best practices and programs.
• Lead global consistency of processes, procedures, and reporting with local operations teams.
• Develop methodologies and metrics to validate data center performance, system control parameters and operational efficiency against design intent.
• Lead Microsoft’s Data Centre portfolio expansion to include new country and facility onboarding through operational and site risk reviews.
• Manage programs associated with operational readiness.
• Support compliance with existing corrective and preventative maintenance program to enhance operational readiness.
• Evolve operational excellence with key focus areas of risk management, uptime availability and safety.

Qualifications

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Must have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other Equivalent Experience

10. Handling guest reception on behalf of the employer. Additionally, responsible for guest accommodation arrangements and providing administrative support, including managing expenses and claims for the Director.
11. Represent the employer in business negotiations, prepare contract documents for the employer's signature, and coordinate the planning and execution of signing ceremonies between the employer and negotiating parties.
