Role Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are transforming the org to a product delivery org. In order to ensure the change stick and embedded into the org we need a strong, hands-on transformation leader with deep understanding of team design and ways of working, product engineering, and delivery operating models to discover, design, and deliver platforms and systems related to Org Model, Financials, Governance, Metrics and Measures, and other related processes to 'embed' the operating model in our DNA.
To be successful in the role, you must have (1) execution rigor to drive measurable outcomes, (2) strong partnership and collaboration with GTO and key partners / experts in the Bank, (3) expertise in Product leadership, product ownership, business analysis, and change activation, and (4) ability to quickly adapt and pivot product development given data, analytics, and insights.
Success criteria for 2024:
· Deliver initiatives in 2024 that yields measurable outcomes aligned to Build and Maintain agenda: headcount transparency, efficiency, and delivery performance – leveraging necessary skills based on need
· Observable strong cross-functional collaboration and partnership with Partner executives, teams, and SPOCs to ensure creation or alignment of product roadmap (beyond 2024) and to continuously improve products and services based on feedback from end-users
· Self-steering and ownership to drive the agenda as aligned to the Purpose of the Role, escalating blockers and impediments where Global Head’s intervention is necessary
Responsibilities
Strategy
· Steer the transition of teams to a Product Delivery Organization that builds and maintains its products, services, and capabilities, and embed high performance culture and continuous improvement on delivery productivity and ways of working.
· Proactively and courageously identify, analyse, and steer solutions on organizational impediments and constraints to productivity, quality, early risk mitigation, and continuous delivery of value
Business
· Continuously align ways of working within and across teams to deliver on Objectives and Key Results, improvement of KPIs, and realizing efficiencies
Processes
· Discover and deliver the features for products and platforms relating to enterprise ways of working transformation by partnering with relevant Squads and Experts in the Bank
· Orchestrate and manage dependencies with partner teams and drive change activation towards senior stakeholders (eg. CIOs, Business Transformation Leads) and end users
· Facilitate the creation of product roadmap to ensure the change sticks, and ensure alignment of priorities and dependencies with partner teams (HR, Finance, GTO, Engineering Excellence, etc.)
· Steer or contribute further development of the team design, operating model, and related topics
People & Talent
· Be the change – model the agile mindset, values, and principles of team ownership and shared accountability, skin in the game, and striving to do better every day.
· Train, coach, and mentor leaders and teams on key principles, practices, and ways of working of a Product Delivery organization (customer collaboration, direct feedback, iterative development, product discovery, shift-left and x-by-design, etc.)
Risk Management
· Speak up and proactively flag gaps and deviations to the key principles, ways of working standards and reference models as a Product Delivery organization, and steer execution of improvement plans to address them
Governance
· Provide data-driven analysis and improvement opportunities on delivery productivity, and work with leaders and teams to address them

· Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Group Transformation Office; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures
Our Ideal Candidate
· 3+ years’ experience as Product Owner with strong business analysis and change management skills
· Prior success on delivering a digital product or platform related to governance, financials, or reporting
· Strong understanding of agile team designs, roles, and delivery performance (OKRs, Flow, DORA, CX, Portfolio Analytics) and how they are embedded into organizational processes and platforms
· Tech acumen ie. ability to discuss solution intent and technical details of Features with development teams
· Certifications are desired (Scrum Master, Product Ownership, ICAgile, LeSS, etc.) as long as backed by extensive hands-on experience on software engineering and product management.
